Hotel La Renaissance - Blois

This was a simple but welcoming small hotel. It is conveniently placed close to the station and the chateau. The staff was also friendly.

Fairly old, and not really well maintained. small rooms. However, the person at the reception was VERY nice and helpful, the location of the hotel right in the centre of Blois, and the low price make it a good value for the money. I would come back ...

Hotel ok if you just want a place to sleep. Nearby some of the most importat castles to visit.No free parking...however,if you´re gonna move on car, no problem..free from 18:30 pm till next day 09:00am and Sundays.

Small hotel, excellent location very close to the town center (the castle is < 5 min on foot), close to train station too (<10 min on foot). Very quiet at night, the rooms are spacious and clean, not very bright though. The staff is friendly but their english is not very good (enough for check-in formalities and to answer few questions anyway - if you need something else, and you don't understand any french, I would recommend you to go to the tourists' office nearby the castle).

This is a very nice hotel Blois. Excellent location (walking distance to everything in town). Good relation price / quality. And burning down the myth of "not so good" french service, in this hotel (run by its owner, who`s very kind) service and cordiality are priorities. I do recommend it. For those arranging a trip to Pays de la Loire, rent a car , hit the countryside roads and enjoy without hurry... Beautiful region!

Very reasonably priced. Located near centre of Blois, next to car park.I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is located in a 5 min walk distance from the railway station,as well as from the Blois castle. The staf is friendly and rooms are clean. Very convenient and nice place.

Very convenient in the centre of Blois and for a stop over. Rooms at the front rather noisy. One of our group was at the back where it was quiet. Breakfast was reasonable for the price.

Fine solution for those who wish to spend a week-end visiting Blois and/or the Loire castles nearby and to cut related accommodation costs. The best things about the hotel are the location in the town center and the law rates. The unpleasant thing is their breakfast - really poor (but again cheap - €6).

I travelled alone, for business, and this hotel was a really good surprise for me. The best of this hotel is the quietness of rooms, welcoming and very low price.

Einfach und sauber, relativ zentral, zu einem guten Preis

Hôtel simple mais très agréable. L'accueil est de qualité et à l'écoute du client. De plus L'hôtel est très bien situé et au calme(5min à pieds du château et du centre ville). Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable week end et nous ne sommes pas du tout déçu cet hôtel.
