Renovated in 2008, Hotel Vila Preseren blends modern atmosphere and old tradition. It offers 4 star luxury accommodation in a noble 19th century villa, featuring gourmet dining in the à la carte restaurant, where guests will also be able to taste the traditional Bled cream cake, a splendid terrace with views of the church of the island, and wireless Internet access, among others. Vila Preseren is gay-friendly and accepts dogs (restrictions apply).
Vila Preseren is more a bar/retaurant than an hotel. I do not think it is possible to sleep with opened windows during high season. Do not expect warm welcome. Never...

Vila Preseren is more a bar/retaurant than an hotel. I do not think it is possible to sleep with opened windows during high season. Do not expect warm welcome. Nevertheless, the site is very beautiful.

The location at the lake was perfect. Our suite was very spacious and stylish. Bathroom is small and less stylish. Lake view rooms have a restricted view at the lake.
