ON ARRIVAL CUPS IN ROOM CONTAINED ASH, LIGHT ABOVE BED ON THE WALL WAS HANGING FROM FROM THE CABLE. QUILT HAD BEEN BURNT CAUSING IT TO BE VERY ROUGH. TOILET ROLL HOLDER WAS BROKEN. WHEN MANAGEMENT WERE NOTIFIED NOT EVEN 1 ITEM WAS RECTIFIED
