The Metropole hotel is the only hotel in Blackpool located between the sea and the promenade, offering uninterrupted views out across the Irish Sea.
Close to both the North Pier and the Tower, the property is perfectly located near all of Blackpool's major attractions and entertainment venues. With lifts to all floors and parking for 100 cars, the hotel offers superb service, quality food, daily entertainment with regular cabaret, music and cash prize bingo.
The hotel is an adults-only establishment, with children welcome exclusively during the month of August.
The Metropole is currently being refurbished, but disruption to guests is
minimal. If you require any further information about the refurbishment,
please contact the hotel.

We had a re-furbished room, which was excellent. Some other parts of the hotel require some upgrading, which is presently being addressed. Latest time for dinner at 7.45 seems strange! Food was passable in the separate dining room, but I would have thought it would have been better in this type of hotel. The location is good for the Tower, as we wanted to go dancing in the ballroom. I travelled with my husband for this short break. I would use the hotel again, if only for the location.

i was lead to believe we would be able to get in the room much earlier than we could, we was told on arrival we could not get in the room till after 2.30 witch in my opinion is not acceptable. And upon leaving i was told my bill was £120 unlike the £100 it was when i booked online i refused to pay the extra £20.

Hotel currently being renovated. Rooms facing the road are very noisy - trams and people leaving clubs opposite.

The hotel has several bars and restaurants for guests to enjoy: the Promenade restaurant, Worall restaurant, with wonderful sea views, and the Conservatory Sea View Bar and Coffee Shop featuring a patio seating and looks out towards the North Pier and the famous Blackpool Tower.
The hotel also has two lounges, one non-smoking, which are perfect for relaxing in during the day or for enjoying evening entertainment. Or, for the competitive visitor, the games room has snooker tables and dart boards.
