The booked Standard room was extremely small and unclean. Impossible to stay there. With an additional charge of abt. 40.- (=50%) we got an approp. room! Further it was the only hotel and shop during our 3 weeks journey through Italy, that did not accept our VISAcard.

Your stay can range from very good to miserably poor depending on the room they assign to you. The new rooms are gorgeous. The old ones are in a crappy wing of the hotel, which will make you wish you'd never ever book it. I've been at this place twice: the first stay was pleasant, the second was miserable. When I complained at the reception desk, they said that I shouldn't expect more, since I had booked through the internet at a convenient rate. They would give me a better room for three times the price I paid.

Hotel entiérement neuf ,très bien décoré, grandes chambres avec équipements complets, bon restaurant ,le personel est agréable. Je recommande sans réserve cet établissement.

The Il Castelletto Hotel offers 85 comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms, including 15 themed suites.All rooms are equipped with modern-day comforts, including individually controlled heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, desk, direct dial phone, wireless Internet access, and mini bar. They are fully soundproof and feature a private bathroom with hair dryer, smoke detectors, and fire alarm.
Each room has a double single use bed. Non-smoking rooms, hypo-allergic rooms, disabled-accessible rooms and rooms with balcony and spacious kitchenette (ideal for long-term stays) are available on request.
Superior rooms: renovated in 2008, they have been designed in a classic style and have more services than the standard rooms, such as satellite TV LCD with DVD player, pay-per-view channels, laptop safe, bathroom with double shower or bathtub, make-up mirror, Prestige courtesy set and bathrobe.
Suites: are all different and furnished in various themes, from the ancient Roman Empire to the Japanese minimalist style and the Arabian Nights atmosphere. How to reach Il Castelletto Hotel
By carFrom the A7 highway Milano-Genova, take the exit Binasco. Turn left and, at the roundabout, turn right in direction of Pavia. Proceed in direction of Pavia. The Il Castelletto Hotel is located on the right hand side in Casarile.
By train
From Milan central train station, take the underground line 2 (Green) and get off at the Famagosta stop. From here, a bus Sila starts every 30 minutes to the Binasco train station, located at 0.6 miles (1 km) from the hotel.
By airplane
From Milan Airports Linate and Malpensa, merge onto the Tangenziale Ovest ring road and take the exit SS35 dei Giovi Milano-Pavia in direction of Binasco. From the A7 highway Milano-Genova, take the exit Binasco and follow the above indications.
By public transportation
The hotel lies 1 km from the Sila bus station. From here, buses leave every 30 minutes to Milan (Famagosta) and Pavia (FS train station).
