A lot of noise the nice, due to young people always making big noise with chatting, but in general, with the price of the host, it was quite correct about the quality and the comfort of the room. Give also nice advices about the things do to and the place to not go (important, especially the evening). Well, I don't know if I will return in this hotel, but the price/quality was enough good for me

One of the best places we stayed, clean, a bit out of the way but a beautiful hotel. Need a car to get into Bilbao but loads of parking at the hotel.

WE found it quite hard to find (possibly because our sat-nav is a bit out of date) because it was telling us to take the 4th turning off a roundabout which doesn't exist anymore! After going around the 1 way system a few times I noticed a sign to a car park under plaza zabalburu & we went in there and out onto the correct road.Hotel seemed to be situated in a gsy area, and couldn't find any decent restaurants nearby.
