Hotel Hesperia Zubialde - Bilbao

We stayed this hotel for three nights. We enjoyed staying there. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are kind and answered our requests. This hotel is convenient for travellers who use bus services. The bus terminal is about 5 minutes walk or so. The only bad thing is that you have some difficulty in finding nice and casual restaurants.

This is a very good place to stay. The personell is very friendly and helpful, service and rooms are o.k. The hotel is near the terminal bus station from where buses go for example to San Sebastian and Victoria- Gasteiz. In Bilbao many buses and 2 underground lines go to any place you like even to the beaches.

Rooms are not noiseproof.

Close to Athletico stadium and unfashionable part of town but very convenient for super tram service, bus station and within walking distance of Gran Via and Maritime museum. No breakfast included in room price but small cheap cafe bars nearby.

Price/ quality for the night really okay, breakfirst and car garage expensive. Its difficult to find a spot for your car for free in the closer area, but it works if 0.5 ...1 km walk is ot to far for you.

Hotel agréable, bien situé et prestations de bon niveau. C'est silencieux et bien situé pour accéder à pied au centre de Bilbao. Le petit déjeuner est excellent mais très cher.

El hotel está muy por debajo de las expectativas creadas por su presentación: la habitación y el bañao de dimensiones muy reducidas y que no corresponden a sus 4 estrellas, ni a su precio, además en esta suma ni siquiera estaba incluido el desayuno... El acceso a la conexión wifi no estaba preparado para los usuarios de Internet Explorer, el navegador más utilizado actualmente. El servicio a las habitaciones lamentable, cada día tenía que pedir en recepción el gel de ducha y el jabón para la segunda persona registrada en la habitación. Para no hablar del frío que hacía en el hotel... aunque las temperaturas en esta epoca eran muy bajas en Bilbao sólo disponíamos de aire acondicionado. El entorno del hotel no es nada bonito y está lejos de todo. Las habitaciones no están aisladas acusticamente y se oien todos los ruidos del pasillo...

The hotel is great for reasonable price. It should be very good for business visitors.

A lovely comfortable hotel, with very helpful staff. The price of the accommodation was incorrect but the staff soon put this right. Thoroughly recommended

Ho usufruito di una promozione per cui il rapporto qualità prezzo era davvero strepitoso. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel non è bella ma è molto comoda per la vicinanza alla fermata della metro, dell'euskotram, dell'euskotren e del termibus. Accoglienza super gentile e simpatica.

My only tiny complaint was that I thought that the price quoted at the beginning of the booking process was inclusive of breakfast, but the final booking was room only. However, this may have been my fault; I have not re-visited the site to see
