The location of the hotel, in the heart of Biella, close to all the (few) attractions around, and the availability of a parking lot with enough places are without any doubt the two most praising characteristics of this hotel. Without these, the facility could hardly be classified as a 4-star hotel. In the hotel hall there is a computer with Internet access at the astonishing price of 4 euro per 15 minutes. Thumbs up for the breakfast, held in a small room with few tables but genuine and various in quality

We left the Hotel after 1 night (instead of 5!). There was no door in the wardrobe, the bathroom was not so small but bad planned. The shower basin was only 75cm square!! We changed to the sister-hotel and have been satisfied there.
