My son & I recently enjoyed a wonderful surfing holiday based at this very friendly,well located, family run hotel. We loved it and would happily return. Francois & Sophie ( the owners ) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is a 5 min walk to check out the surf ( we hired a car to get to best spots )and a wide range of very good restaurants, including those in the old port area are in comfortable walking distance.

The hotel was very attractive and in a pretty street, short walk from centre. The owners are charming and very helpful. The building has a lovely relaxed feel. Breakfast area was very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

very welcoming and friendly family run hotel. 7 minutes walk approx. from the beach and sights of Biarritz. Clean and comfortable hotel, ideal for just a few nights stay. Could have done with a lift, rooms basic not very spacious, but clean.

This was our first visit to Biarritz. They were busy doing renovations at the time and everything was covered in fine dust but the hotel will be very nice once the renovations have been completed. Outside already repainted.

Coming from the highway, take the exit Biarritz, follow the indications to the centre-ville (city-centre), and make a left after the SHELL gas station, at the public garden.

By train
The Gare SNCF de Biarritz (railway station) is 2.5 km from the hotel. You can take the bus line 2 and get off at jardin public stop.

By airplane
Biarritz-Parme airport is 3 km from the property.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. Reception desk is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Please contact the hotel in case of late arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

If the length of the stay is shortened 100% of the daily rate will be payable for each night cancelled. TRIPLE / QUADRUPLE bookable only for 2 adults and 1 OR 2 child (less than 16 yrs).If not the case, reservation will be refused and cancelled and deposit will be charged on the credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
