Resultó un lugar espectaculamente ubicado y muy confortable. Somos un matrimonio de sesentones y recibimos un trato extremadamente cordial de los propietarios, inclusive nos permitieron estacionar el coche en la puerta del hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent. it is within walking distance of all beaches, local attractions and restaurants. Staff were excellent and very willing to help. rooms were small but clean and well serviced. Toilet and washroom were very small and didnt even have a door on then just a platic pull over to block people being able to see in. The walls in this hotel are paper thin so much so that we could hear our neighbours chatting, showering and using the batroom from our room which was slightly annoying. However this did not ruin our stay and for €54 a night I would most definatly go back to this hotel based on its location.

very friendly staff, nice family run hotel, very close to beach and main centre, only thing was the sound level between rooms.

Location of hotel is excellent. Rooms were on the small side and en-suite left little to be desired! It was very makeshift, on the upside it was all very clean and the owner is a very pleasant man. Breakfast is not good value for money. It is not a hotel I would bring family to but was adequate for 5 girls on a weekend away.

Location and hotel itself is very good, renovated and service is good. The double room was simply too small for two persons with some luggage. The bathroom and separate toilet were even smaller and not renovated. No parking spots available.

A nice two star hotel, good location, the staff were very welcoming, let us keep our surfboards out the back and we could walk from the hotel to the beach in our wetsuits, what more could you ask for.

I stayed with my girlfriend for 6 nights at this hotel. It is a small, clean hotel and good value for money.The great thing about this hotel is its location. A two minute walk to both the town centre and beach. I would have no hesitation in recomending this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Roses Trianon hotel; it was in a perfect location right between three beaches, and just around the corner from the main surfing beach. Our hosts were extremely friendly & helpful & made our stay a very happy one. We would definitely love to go back there in future. Only downside is that Biarritz itself is quite pricey. However the beautiful scenery & comfortable accommodation made up for that!

The owner and his family are very congenial, which makes for a very pleasant stay. The room was nice, spacious and clean, but the bathroom smelled of sulphur - that maybe they can do something about. It was great that they supplied a map of town. Breakfasts there are excellent, I highly recommend that you take it. All in all, it was a great stay for the price.

It was okay but the walls are paper thin! You could hear everything gouing on in the surrounding rooms (and I mean everything!) It's proximity to the beach was fantastic though!

good hotel handy to shops,bars and eating places. would stop their again. parking was not a problem but it was in November may be a problem in summer.

Very nice owners. The comment regards the quietness of the rooms was because where the hotel was located, there was a bar nearby, with a TV screen and they were watching until late into the night. The windows were double-glazed but it was too warm to close them fully at night, despite an air conditioning machine. Nevertheless, recommend for welcome, price and location - most interesting district of Biarritz.
