Hotel OXO - Biarritz

The location was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room left a lot to be desired. It literally was a shoebox with a window. The sheets/comforter had stains, the carpet was dirty, yet the bathroom while ridiculously small had a great shower. For the money we paid, it was exactly what we got. If you are looking for somewhere to lay your head at night and plan to keep things moving in the morning...this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, you might look elsewhere for a lovely feather pillow on your bed.

Room small but clean and adequate for a short stay.We needed two nights there in a full week in biarritz and it served very well. Staff excellent english and very helpful.Breakfast €7.50 pp reasonable as its not generally available in the area at cheaper prices. Continental breakfasts locally cost € 6.60/9 apart from market where depending on the mood it is possible to get a delicious sandwich omellette for €2.at Tapas bar.

Very well located, proper, nice small hotel, no elevator but somebody helps

Hotel Oxo is simply superb. It is so chic and stylish and immaculately clean. The hosts are delightful and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fab!! i would definately reccomend it to anyone who stays in Bairritz!!! awesome value for money!!

Rooms were extremely compact yet had everything you needed (shower/flat screen tv/bed). Free internet was available. No lifts in hotel so not recommended for elderly with a lot of luggage. Breakfast was basic but good value. Excellent location only 5 minutes walk from sea/casino. Staff very helpful and provided good information on where to eat/go out. Great value for money. No air con so had to leave window open. As onto street was quite noisey when pub below closed.

Wow !!!! what a suprise,hotel was the best experience we had during our 16 day holiday travelling France.domonique and chris the owners could'nt do enough to make all facets of the stay a memorable one,there fresh approach to customer service made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel.the ability to be able to speak English made it easy for communication. Keep up the good work guys,next time we are France I'll be booking another stay.

A fabulous boutique hotel owned and run by friendly, fabulous people. We were lucky to get one of the newly rennovated rooms, which besides the fact it was small, it was very well appointed. A great location, within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants,bars,cafes. Unfortunately there was no air-con so the traffic noise was frustrating at night as the window was open to let in some air. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again - loved it!

The pictures on the site do not do this hotel justice! It's so much nicer!
