Hotel Mirano - Biarritz

The Hotel Mirano exceed very much our expectactions, its a very nice hotel, the owners are very friendly and the rooms are very very nice. Very clean, all I can tell about the Hotel Mirano are good things.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the owner was english speaking and when we lost our bag, he was more than helpful in tracing it for us and even went to collect it for us - amazing hospitality! The rooms are spotless and funky even though a little on the small side - we will definitely return to Biarritz and stay at this hotel. Very impressed!

This was my first visit to Hotel Mirano but we will be back again and have recommended it to our friends.The staff were so helpful from arrival to departure.The rooms were immaculate.The breakfast was delicious;freshly squeezed orange juice,fresh croissants and coffee.We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful place soon!

I have stayed in many hotels in my time but this is a hidden diamond. Customer service here is truly exceptional and although we had the bad fortune to arrive during a week of non-stop rain (at a time when Ireland was experiencing a heatwave!)the warmth of the welcome and the helpful advice we received (almost!) made up for the lack of sunshine. We will definitely be back!

I liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. I would have liked a proper breakfast buffet but the room is quite small. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the centre but i did not find it a problem - it is in a quiet residential area which would be an advantage in the summer months. i would stay here again!

The room was small but recently decorated to a very high standard. Free wi-fi made up for the lack of usual extras - tea, biscuits, mini-bar etc. The person behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend for younger visitors as the hotel is a good 15 minute's walk from the beach front. However, it is a pleasant walk.

Can't rate this hotel high enough. Excellent design and decoration. Owner is very friendly and helpfull. Just outside of town 15 minutes walk to beach. Easy to park in the street outside the hotel. Hope to return soon.

Fantastic hotel! Truly the best one in Biarritz, unique & comfy & welcoming.

Accueil chaleureux, intérieur étonnant d'originalité. Dommage que le temps (frisquet) n'ait pas permis de profiter de l'ombre des platanes. Les propriétaires se sont donné beaucoup de mal pour faire de cet hôtel un endroit sympathique où l'on a envie de revenir.

The room very small and the pillows horrible. All the rest, very very good, including real orange juice in the breakfast.

El desayuno muy caro y no se puede fumar en todo el interior del hotel. Esto último hubiera preferido saberlo antes.

First time we stayed there. Very impressed and would strongly recommend this hotel.Spotlessly clean, fabulous decor and the best French breakfast we have ever had. A fantastic hotel.

Would have liked to have experienced the hotel but upon leaving for an evening out was asked "Would you like breakfast?" we replied we wouldn't. Upon returning to the hotel at 1 am, (hardly late) all doors and gates were locked and we had to spend a night sleeping outdoors. The staff knew we were going out for the evening by asking us about breakfast upon leaving but made no mention of no 24hr reception or closing early. Amateurs. It contributed to a thoroughly forgettable stay in Biarritz.

Comfortable accommodation at reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and has a small capacity. It is very fashion, clients sensitive to decoration seventies will love it, very tasteful. The hotel is very calm but a car is needed to go to the city centre. Goood breakfast.
