Nice hotel, very good service from reception, rooms rather sparse but more than adequate. Lovely restaurant almost next door - Le Caritz, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and imo the best food I ate in Biarritz. Hotel very well placed you can walk everywhere and very safe too.

Very difficult to reach the hotel by car. The car has to be parked in a public garage some 100 meters away.

We paid extra for a "sea view" room. You could only see the ocean by exiting the room and standing on the balcony and turning right! There was a lot of street noise from local bars. A garden side room would have been much better. The staff was very helpful but being a holiday weekend...we couldn't change our room.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The room we had was a bit small but the fittings and furnishings could not be bettered. The restaurant next door was excellent and very affordable and the bed was very comfortable - what more can you ask!
