I am not satisfied with this hotel. It is far from the beach. It is very noisy and uncomfortable. The lavatory bowl and the shower are old and disagreable. The staff are not very kind. The only plus - free parking on the street near the hotel.

El hotel es nuy basico, ideal si solo vas a dormir.La primera noche tuvimos alguna incidencia con los mosquitos, pero nada que no se arreglaracon un enchufe de esos q los mata... lo de los bichos en la habitacion, normal, ya q tienen jardineras por las ventanas y entra algun bicho, pero nada tampoco importante. Se oyen bastante las habitaciones paralelas. El servicio es normal, la habitacion ganaria mucho si la decoracion fuera mejor. Es cercano al centro de biarritz, a pie 10 min como mucho. Si te gustan los hoteles elegantes no te lo recomiendo, si solo necesitas un colchon para dormir por las noches, esta bien. Recomiendo acercarse al lac marion, es precioso.

The hotel was a bit old fasioned and there has been no renovation for several years. Toilet was a bit noisy. There was no airconditioning. I'm still quite happy -- I got what I expected. (The photograph of the Hotel in tne internet was still a somehow prettier that the actual property).

Excellent value for money, rooms were a little small but served our purpose, staff were very friendly and helpful and the bonus was the food which was excellent.

Our problems were 1- the breakfast wasn't included (it would have been nice to be inform, mainly because it was expensive(15€ for 2). 2- the room wasn't spacious. But we have ask to change and they did it. My reproach is the informations we obtained on your web site, not the hotel. My best regards, Gaelle evin (with Alan Finlayson)

The evening meal was good. Garage (8.15 Euro) OK. You must share the breakfast with the dog, which lies under the buffet. Choice OK. The loudness in the sleeping romm not acceptable. No toilet-paper, chemical smell in the bathroom an in the sleeping room. Very small room. Not recommendable.

The hotel itself was quite basic but clean . The staff were friendly and helpful but the food....if you do nothing else in Biarritz, call into the Hotel for some of the most amazing food you will ever taste. I will certainly be back.

The hotel was situated about 5 minutes from the town centre. The rooms were a bit small but clean. The food in the restaurant downstairs was lovely, the best meal we had all holiday. The staff were also very helpful.
