Service and cleanliness are perfect, but furnitures are very old thus not proportionated to the price (also considering that swiss hotels are generally expensive)

Nice location close to City Center. Simple and clean. A bit strange style between modernised elements and other older ones. We had a pleasant stay. Nice breakfast.

I stayed there for a night, and it was during a festival which is held once a year in Bern, and my rating doesn't count on this factor in terms of the cost performance. The area the hotel is located is not near from the city centre, but I would say it was enough close for sightseeing (20 mins walking to the city centre). There was no bath (shower only), and elevator was too small to bring everything at once....

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Reasonable price. Not easy to find a simple place to eat in the neighborhood. Not as close to train station as indicated, uphill, need a bus.

The hotel I have booked was full and I have been informed by the reception of the Arabelle Hôtel that my book has been transferred in another establishement for the same price. It was a more confortable hotel, and the difference of price hasn't been charge on me.

Good choice but a little bit dificult to find (Is not easy to drive in Bern!). The rooms are small but very clean and confortable enough for a good stay. Excellent breakfast.

Estamos contentos con nuestra estancia. Buen servicio, habitaciones bastante silenciosas, buen desayuno.

A very nice little place, a 15 minute walk from the train station in a quiet residential neighborhood with some stores and restaurants right nearby. The hotel is in a nice old building that has been fully renovated and is quite comfortable and the dining room is nice with large windows facing the street. Continental breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety (with, amongst other things, that classic Swiss offering of things like chocolate cereal flakes and four kinds of powdered chocolate). I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in Bern.

Hotel is quite modern. A three block walk to the center of town. Has a convenient bus stop. Free interent and wi-fi are great. Staff was very helpful. The room we had was a bit small and the bed was fixed in the corner so that one of us had to climb over to get out of bed. Other than that, it was good.

Good value for money - but no free parking anywhere and overnight parking in Bern is very expensive. Breakfast is very basic for a hotel rated as ***, but the room was comfortable and spacious and rather quiet though on the street side. You have to walk 15/20 minutes to the downdtown area if you want a nice meal, but there are a few nice shops around including a wonderful bakery/patisserie.
