We really liked this hotel. Its location is very good, just at a walking distance of the metro station (sophie-charlottenburg). The room was big enough, and the breakfast wasn't that bad. Great value for money.

This pension is in a great location with regard to transport and also offers the bonus of being only a few hundred metres away from the Lietzensee park.

Spacious, perfectly clean room, containing a sofa, wardrobe, etc, to S-Bahn station Charlottenburg only a 7-8 minutes walk! Supermarket across the street, many restaurants, park with lake nearby...Schloss Charlottenburg, Ku'damm or Messe can be reached by foot.

Good price/quality rate. Pay attention to the 2 hotels with the same name in the same street.

No bells & whistles, but nice room, kind staff and a semi-central position in a nice residential area (NOT a red light district!). No problems with payment by credit card. Very good value for money (I paid € 60 for a triple room).

the location of the hotel is realy compfortable for people who go to work in the exhebition centre Messe.The place is so comunycative becouse there is public transport to every place in the town The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness wasn`t so bad, but the staff was busy not helping the people, but whit screaming each other. There is a nice bathroom in the rooms with more beds, but in the single rooms there are no bathrooms. On the same street of the hotel there is another hotel whit the same name.

!. There are 2 hotels with the same name about 10 - 15mins walking distance. No indication on booking which one we should go to. 2. Shabby, poor and cheap conversion of what was probably a very nice building. 3. Demanded full payment in cash on arrival - refused credit cards until I made a fuss

It's a nice hotel, anything fancy but good quality, very small room but it's ok for the price you pay. their breakfast is also good, and the staff is very friendly. Near from the metro station. I would strongy recomend it.

Practically, no hot water for 5 days and no one accountable. Towels etc were not changed. Staff was not trained. The owner never showed up. Altogether maybe cheap but doesn't worth even that money.

Berlin is a lovely city. The hotel is a good hotel, but there is two hotels on the same street, -Kant strasse (kant street), with the same name. Kant strasse is central in Berlin (near Ku´damm street). A remark of the nearest U-bahn (subway) (that is Messe Syd) would be fine on the hotel homepage. The hotel does NOT(!) take creditcards. That is a problem when you are arriving late. The staff was rude because we did arrive at the time they would go home (23.00 h) and we did not have cash at that time. The room was large and clean, only one bedlamp an a TV-set that needed tuning to work is the things that was not too good. It´s a hotel that my son and I recomend, it is worth the price. A tip in Berlin is to use the public transports, they are cheap and works well. Take the tram in to former east Berlin, use the S-bahn (local train) for sightseeing. // hethe59@hotmail.com

Although it's not located at the city centre, it could be easily reached by bus from the Zoo station. The building is a bit run down while still acceptable. Breakfast is good.
