Hotel-Pension Aurora - Berlin

The room was spacious, light, clean with good facilities. Good breakfast. Nice receptionist: courteous and helpful. Fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and bars.

The room was clean and bright and the location was perfect. Nice breakfast. A short walk takes you to the shoping area and the hotel is close to the city center. There are lots of really good and affordable restaurants and bars. Advice: let them know if you’re coming after 10pm.

Very nice hotel with good service. Easy standard, but very clean with perfect comfort. The location is also good, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and to public transport. Very friendly receptionist. Good for families and couples looking for good value accommodation in a central location. No free wi-fi.

The description was very poor and unsuitable: There was a bathroom shown, but not mentioned that this is only a common one; very close to subway and the town spots is not correct, it was a walk of more than ten minutes to the next subway and then a long ride with the trains to visit Berlin.

Rooms were clean, the mattres was realy bad, but overall it was a good chose. the bathroom and toilets are on the floor. next to the hotel (on the left side) is a nice Italian cafe were you get a good breakfast :-)

I misunderstood the meaning of Hotel-Pension, I was expecting a real hotel! Hotel accomodation are available in Berlin with higher quality (more classic) and better location (downtown) for cheaper price.

Employees do not speak english! Otherwise the pension is quiet, you have to take the metro to go to Berlin. The rooms are small, and have only twin beds.

Reception is open until 9 PM. You should contact the hotel if you come later. But the staff doesn't speak Engish. They prefer cash to credit cards.

The hotel located in the west part Berlin, not far from the metro station. Rooms are not bad for required price. But we had some problems with bathroom facilities (only shared). Unfortunately, they do not have indicate it on their web site page.

When we where at the hotel, there wasn't any warm water, and we couldn't understand what the person in the reception said, because he couldn't English.

It's good located hotel of west Berlin. Not bad for required price but quality of service is poor. There were big problems concerning bathroom facilities. There were no hot water to take a bath or just wash hands. It's awfull. And there is no any room with bathroom. (Thay do not have indicate it on their web site page). Be aware of these cons if you are going to stay for long period, especially because of hot water problems!
