Motel One Berlin-Ku'damm - Berlin

Extra bed was very poor quality and with no seperate light. Everything else was perfect. Thank you.

Simply excellent.

We have reserved two rooms. When we arrived, one of them was available though we came after 6.00 pm and another wasn't available. The receptionist provided us with family room for three persons instead of one double room and one single for the price for two rooms.

Stayed in berlin for short city break with husband and grandaughter hotel lovely modern and very clean but reception staff a little bit bad mannered when i said we had english pounds to pay they were not very helpful about where we could exchange money and they were not very welcoming also no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms

The furniture in the lobby is not very comfortable but it looks great. Hotel very good for the price and the location is great.

The front desk staff could have been more helpful. When we first asked about internet facilities, we weren't told that it was free if we used our own laptops in the lobby area. We learnt about that only later from another staff, by which time we have already spent money at nearby cafes for the purpose, and also paid to use the hotel's PC. Cleaning staff did not replenish shampoo even though the botttle had less than one-third of its content left. We were told all the bigger rooms face the railtracks. So there was noice from it. The single room my daughter had subsequenty did not have the same problem. The hotel lobby area is modern-looking, clean and spacious.

There were not enough seats at breakfest.

For sure I will come back, Quality vs Price is great!! One of my best experinace in Europe :)

They tried to put us in a room that was not finished....Many rooms were not even finished being built, and then they tried to shrug it off. They said to leave the luggage IN the unfinished room, and it would be finished that day. Ridiculous. Rooms are tiny, no closet...NO telephone. On the plus side, breakfest is good, and right next door to Theater des Westens. I would not stay here again. For a single person it would be ok.

Hotel eccellente. pulito, confortevole, arredato in modo elegante, situato in posizione ottimale.colazione ottima.

We were a group of 14 persons. We were ALL very happy with the hotel, the situation in town, the quality of the noise isolation between rooms and the outside. To be highly recommended.

100m from Sbahn station, so travel is conveniant; an all day ticket was about 7euro. Nothing is close in Berlin, so this is the best transport option. Easy walking to Ku'damm area. Right next to Theater des Westens, which was incredible (both the show and building). The Hotel itself was spotless and rooms were large. Although cheap, I would skip the breakfast as it is really limited, and walk to someplace close. This was one of the best values I have experienced in Eu.

Idealer und besser kann man nicht wohnen um ein Musical im Theater des Westens zu besuchen. Guter Service, gutes Design und ideal gelegen. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmen.

We stayed in Berlin for 4 nights at another motel we had previously booked and I wish we had had this one for all of the nights of our stay.Very cozy and spacious!

Very comfortable bed. I slept very well. Lights in hallway were uncomfortably bright. Next to Erotic sex museum, I was uncomfortable at night about my safty outside the hotel.
