L'hotel è molto bello, pulitissimo e nel pieno centro di Berlino ad un passo dalla metro di alexanderplaz. Le camere sono ordinate e pulite, molto moderne e con un bagno accogliente.L'unico difetto è la grandezza (sono un po striminzite) e la mancanza di armadi e frigobar.Tutto sommato il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo!Consiglio a tutti questo hotel.Una dritta...non fate la prima colazione in hotel costa €6.50, nel raggio di pochi metri (stazione metro)ci sono decine di locali dove farla con molto meno!

I didn't have breakfast there as I left rather early. I understand the breakfast was good value though. I would stay there again in the future as the location is very central and close by a subway station.

The location is great, near the station the U-BAHN, and the bus number 100. It´s easy to find good restaurants and pubs... in the hotel surrondings. Clean and nice rooms. Very expensve breackfast.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very near the alexanderplatz s bahn which was very handy coming from the airport. The hotel rooms were great was exactly like the pictures on the website. Bathroom and shower were very nice and clean. The hotel is mins from the ubahn aswell and a very big shopping centre. For sightseeing the hotel is great you can start walking from the TV tower and walk straight all the way to the Brandenburg gate and see all the sights on the way. Breakfast was basic but it kept us going for the day which handy and well worth the €6.50. Definitely would stay here again. No safe in the room though, this was the only bad point

Don't be put off by the graffeti opposite the hotel, there is writing everywhere! There are some very good restaurants and bars nearby.Take care if you sit on the blue pouffes very squashy but don't look it!!Buy a Berlin ticket you can catch any bus, tram, s.bahn or u.bahn cheaper and easier over several days.

Cooles Hotel, Ambiente vor Ort ganz toll und genau wie beschrieben, geniales Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis auch zu Messezeiten, besonders hervorzuheben das ansprechende Frühstücksbuffet mit stets frischen Produkten (nur die Eier waren kalt und zu hart), ich habe eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht und komme sicher wieder :-))

Excellent hotel I enjoyed very much the attention of the staff Excellent location 5 minutes walk from Subway station. Excellent breakfast. The only bad thing is that there are no telephones in the rooms. A great hotel.

I went to Berlin with two friends on a long weekend and had a good quality single bedroom. Very good value for money breakfast buffet. I would choose this hotel again for my next stay.

it felt welcoming, warm & competent - very competent - it was everything we (as a group) needed. Staff were excellent - easy to talk to, amusing, extremely helpful - it was they that created the air of competence (and I watched them dealing with other more complex issues & customers than our simple needs)

Great hotel, very funky! They have really spruced up this 3 star hotel. I had no problems with my stay. The location is great for a short stay - across the road from Alex. The bus stop for the TXL bus is within sight from the foyer (about 100m away)! Many good places to eat within 10mins walk (e.g. Oranienburger Strasse) Would definately recommend this place for a short stay.

Excellent value for money. Basic, but sufficient services. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location, close to various attractions and outstanding public transportation system. Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect for my needs-- I was traveling by myself and wanted to be well-located. In one direction, Alexanderplatz offered transit connections of every sort and if you walk around the corner in the other direction, you are right in the midst of some of Berlin's coolest shops and neighborhoods. I think the room may be too small for 2 people but everything else was fabulous. Free Wifi is only available in the lobby. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful (and English speaking). The hotel looks snazzily designed but does not function as well (the shower and sink drench everything) but everything was new and works so this is a minor complaint from a design snob. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location. 3 minutes from Alexanderplatz train station. Clean quiet hotel. Beside TV tower. Excellent transport from here to airport or city. Good shopping area. New shopping centers nearby. A 4 minute walk on Dircksenstrasse towards Hackescher markt Station, brings you past several good places to eat, with the recommended Kilkenny Pub and a few more lovely restaurants under the train station. To continue uo Oranienburger Strs. brings you past more bars and a few clubs. There are a number of working girls on this street, but non threatening (not near hotel).

cool hotel. cool staff. cool room. cool location. cool breakfast.cool decoration. cool lounge space. the coolest shops of Berlin are 5 minutes away from the hotel. cool restaurants near the hotel. most of them are not expensive. cool plasma TV with DVD in room. it's central as hell. i've had a cool time staying in Motel One Berlin in Alexanderplatz.oh, and 5 minutes away from the train station. Cool!

Highly recommend the hotel. Good base to explore from. Clean rooms, modern design, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are a little on the small side though and there's no wardrobe just a rail on the wall which doesn't hold much. Fine for us though for a 6 day stay. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Right beside the train station and the famous tele-tower. The Spandau S9 train from Shoenfeld airport brings you straight to the Alexanderplatz train station which is only a short distance walk to the hotel. Would stay there again and would have recommended to friends. Breakfast is good continental (rolls, hams, coffee etc). Check out the Kilkenny Irish bar nearby as well - it's under the railway line and well worth a visit!

Great place to stay, clean, close to Alex, U & S bahn and TXL busline to airport. Great breakfast (€6,50 for those who are honoust and register for breakfast, 0€ for those who just eat and shut up)

Can't be beaten on location central to all main sights, pubs, restaurants & main train station. Train tracks opposite are fairly noisey but bareable for a weekend/short stay.

The lobby was sleek and well designed. Front desk was one half administration and other hal a bar. Service was friendly and efficient. Rooms are small and the is no dresser or closet, only a rack with hangers on the wall in the room. For a long stay this could be a problem but for our 3 night stay it was fine. The flat-screen TV on the wall turns on to a fish tank with soothing music as soon as you pop you key card into the light switch which was cool. Breakfast is included and excellent. Coffee from the machine is phenomenal!

Le Motel One d'Alexanderplatz a été une très bonne surprise. Les chambres sont propres et bien décorées (bien que de petites tailles et standardisées). L'emplacement de l'hotel est vraiment idéal au coeur de Berlin et très proche de l'arret de bus TXL pour l'aéroport de Tegel.

Your indication to this Hotel has been very appreciated, but: Wrong adress indicated on your reservation (N. 16 instead of 36 on the Street) caused us a lot of troubles and loss of time!!
