The Villa Konstanz is excellent value for money. The breakfast is also extremely good with a terrific variety of foods on offer. The rooms are spotless and I would highly recommend this hotel. However, there was one drawback - location in regard to restaurants. The nearest decent restaurant is a good 15 minutes walk away and there are no bars in the area as it is a very nice residential district. Taxi to the centre costs about €12 and there is a good underground train link nearby.

Wir waren mit dem Personal und dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung passt super. Bitte nicht teurer werden sonst passt Preis-Leistung nicht. Frühstücksbuffet war auch in Ordnung. Haus wurde außen neu renoviert. U-Bahn ist ca 6-7 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir würden bei gleichem Preis wiederkommen.

The Haus Konstanz was a great value for the money. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood and shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. Two underground stations are located nearby. Gentleman at front desk spoke English and was helpful. I would stay there again. They need a sign in front, I drove past it a couple of times without seeing it? Great off street parking.

The hotel is going through renovation works, so there is noise during the day, workers outside the windows, and it will take around One year for it to be completely renovated, they should mention it so people won't book unwarned. Besides that the bathroom window had a "see through" curtain which didn't offer much in terms of privacy, specially with all the workers going around... The comforter, and pillows were too worn out to be "comfortable". The hotel is 8 blocks from KuDam which puts it in a pretty good location.Hotel staff very friendly.

Was a little bit dubious at first as seemed to be a bit further away from the City Centre as I would like but actually it was in an excellant location, walking distance from loads of lovely Bars, Shops and Restaurants and the U-Bahn station only 5 minutes up the road so only 15-20 minutes to most places of interest. The service was excellent. The 4 nights I stayed I found it to be easy and laid back. Rooms were Large and Clean, overall offering excellant value for money. I shall definitely be staying again on my next visit. CT

A lovely family run hotel in a good location. The rooms were pleasant and clean. This was our first visit to Berlin which is a beautiful city and will not be out last visit.

More than Recommended!!! Prices are great, the Hotel is just 5 minutes walk far from the U-bahn Station. Employees are nice and warm, you even get breakfast included in the price of the room. Very very happy with it!!!!!

il pernottamento all Hotel Haus Konstanz è stato migliore delle aspettative. L'arredamento della stanza era nuovo, così come i sanitari, semplice ma accogliente. Il personale molto gentile e riservato. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo ottima! La distanza dal centro città non è stata un problema grazie all'efficienza dei servizi pubbici (fermata metro a 150 metri). Qualità-prezzo ottima! Unica nota negativa: letti che scricchiolano!!

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel had been refurbished and it started operating few months ago. It is definitely worth recommending.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet room meant undisturbed sleep and great breakfast selection. Free wifi is a bonus too. All in all, a great place to stay cheaply and comfortably - highly recommended!
