Our reservations stated breakfast is included, but at the first morning we were asked to pay EUR 16,00 (for two). Hotel managers checked the price later, said the prices given by Venere were including breakfast - by mistake. Anyway, we payed only first breakfast, next two breakfast were on the hotel.

This hotel is very well-kept, looks very new. Very clean. Excellent location, 30second walk from Augsburger Str. station, very easy to find, walking distance to Europa Square. Supermarket round the corner. With the money I paid for, I can't ask for any better.

I stayed 4 nights at the Hotel. At reception I was told that breakfast was not included in the price even though on their web page it was included as a special offer in April if you stayed for more than 2 nights, but since I booked through Venere I could not make use of this offer. It only applied if reservation was made through the hotel's own home page. I argued a lot at the reception but there was nothing to do and consequently my stay was €64 extra for breakfast because I ordered through Venere. I was under the impression that Venere was able to offer the best prices and cooperated with hotels where booking through Venere was welcome and gave the same benefits and offers. Sorry Venere, but I am not sure that I will use Venere for my next booking before I make sure that I get the best prices.

Located very good, absolutly near KaDeWe and Kudamm, only I disliked, was the bar/lobby, which could be more amazing

We stayed there for 4 nights, New Year's Eve included and therefore very expensive that night - what for, because we celebrated elsewhere and didn't profit much of the hotel room? We only had breakfast which wasn't included in the price. The variety was ok., it was only very crowded at certain times as the major part of the clients had their breakfast between 9 and 10. We would have appreciated a later breakfast because nights in Berlin are long!

Quiet area, close to Europa Centre and shopping. Nice large room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Was told at check-in that breakfast was included in the price, then at check-out were charged 12 euro each for the breakfast and an extra 3 euro for coffee - so not impressed by the value!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms. Unfortunately no air condition - and noisy backyard - open air restaurant open until the last guests leave - 2:30 am. So a great hotel for cool nights.

It was simple and easy-to-use hotel. breakfast was also good.

We were asked if we would like to change to the SUPERIOR FLOOR, which we did, expecting some luxury.This added €50 to the room rate, but gave us very little except breakfast and the possibility to use the sauna and make coffee in the room! Very disappointing and not to be recommended! Otherwise the hotel was fine. Quality versus price doesn't really apply in this particular case...

The quality of room for the price was excellent. The location is quite central and ideal for exploring the city. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to my friends.
