Location was quiet and nice. Rather convenient for transportation, but the closest tube line closes rather early. The room was very spacious, but the floor was incredibly creaky, and most important if you care about tidiness... they DIDN'T clean the room for the whole 3 days we spent there. All in all, however, we found the place offered rather good value for money. Would go there again on a low-budget holyday. Would go elsewhere if we had more money to spend.

We arrived in the evening, and there was no one to meet us, only a post-it-note with some phone numbers for us. No one answered any of the numbers. We dialed the number on the web page, and thanks to my belowe average school german a person guided me to where I could find the key. There was no one at the reception during our stay, only a cleaning lady we could pay to when we left. If we had to leave early the morning we left, there would be no one we could pay to (we met her at appr. 0930). The bedside lightbulbs was out of order, so we had to have the ceiling lights on when reading in bed. Don't believe what's written about private baths - it's private, but in the corridor. Nice room and good location. If we had had decent information, being met by someone when we arrived etc, this would have been an OK budget hotel experience. But meeting a locked front door when you arrive at a hotel at 2230 in the evening is not a nice experience.

hotel situato in bella zona e vicino a fermata metropolitana. nota negativa mi hanno dato una camera molto grande ma senza bagno in camera. il bagno era nel corridoio anche se solo a mia disposizione. mi sembra fosse l'unica camera cosi le altre avevano il bagno in camera. rapprto qualita' prezzo piu' che buono. 40 euro a notte.

We booked a room with private shower/WC and it was private, however situated in the corridor 15 metres outside our room. The room didn't even have a basin so you had to leave the room just to brush your teeth. Breakfast is served at a café nearby and the vouchers are €5 each. The only problem was that the café was closed when we got there (they open at 10 p.m. in the summer) and we had to leave Berlin early in the morning. Unfortunatly the reception was not staffed this time of the day so we could not have the vouchers refunded.

El hotel-pensión, es más bien un hotel. La habitación pulcra, con tv y dvd, super espaciosa, y totalmente exterior (con unas 4 ventanas enormes en nuestro caso). La recepción muy justita (un hombre demasiado parco en palabras). Este hotel tiene el baño fuera de la habitación, pero es un baño propio de la habitación y está convenientemente equipado y super limpio. Cuando hicimos el check-out, no había nadie y tuvimos que meter las llaves por debajo de la puerta de recepción. El hotel estaba medio vacío. La zona es buena, relativamente céntrica y junto al barrio gay más grande de berlín. Ideal para salir por la noche por dicha zona. En general, hotel recomendado sin duda, por limpieza y amplitud. Repetiremos con toda probabilidad.

On arrival at the hotel, the taxi driver assisted us with finding the key holder to the hotel as there was no one to meet us there. The key to the front door was being held at the cafe round the corner. We were initially put into a very large room which we were very surprised at but on our return the second night found that all of our belongings had been removed from that room to a smaller room. We were a little put out that our belongings had been moved without our permission but the smaller room was OK. Given the price of the rooms the accomodation was very good.
