Hotel Novalis - Berlin

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin and Novalis Hotel was just perfect for us when we returned back from extenuating days of walking and sightseeing around the city and nearby locations. Noiseless, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom, especially the shower. Absolutely recommendable.

This is a very pleasant place from where you can reach all interesting destinations on foot.The hotel is located in a town house where there are also other residents which makes you feel at home in Berlin. The owners are very friendly and helpful, you can ask any number of questions. There are wonderful cafés and parks round the corner. For young people and also for all the rest. We will surely return there as often as possible.

The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. the room was clean, but very small for three people, with ugly and old furniture. it was overpriced for what it offers (the Breakfast was not included and it was 6 € per person) but the proximity to the city centre makes it quite a good option, if you don't mind the looks.

Good value for money and the hotel is within walking distance of many things to see, as well as shops and restaurants.

Every (!!!) staff-member was extremely friendly, helpful - and competent, concerning sight-seeing-tips, parking-tips and so on! The breakfast was gigantic! :-)

Hotel Novalis really near to Alexanderplatz, well organised, cosy and with a very nice staff. It was our first time at Hotel Novalis but the 4th time in Berlin, and I must say we had a very good time at Hotel Novalis. The only one contra: it's quite small, I wouldn't suggest it to big groups.

È un'ottima struttura a conduzione familiare situata nel centro e allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla la consiglio vivamente.

Hotel molto semplice ma carino,ben pulito.Il personale è gentile,accogliente e la pulizia delle camere è ottima. La colazione a buffet è veramente molto ricca. La locazione è ottima,ben servito con fermata metro e bus a pochi passi..e a pochi passi a piedi dalla Porta di Brandeburgo e dall'Isola dei Musei.Inoltre è a 10minuti dalla zona caratterizzata dai locali e ristoranti per la sera. Consigliato.

It is a very good place to stay , but don't call ite hotel , it's a pension or a bed and breackfast.

We made the reservation for 2 rooms while travelling. The confirmation came back as accepted but with a price that was 100+ Euro more than the price on the website. After much discussion, they accepted the origial price. Excellant location. Small clean rooms.

Più che un albergo è una sorta di B&B in una posizione che è davvero eccezionale, centrale a pochi passi da Alexanderplatz e cmq molto ben collegata con U-bahn, S-bahn, bus e tram. Insomma perfetta: La cordialità della proprietaria è impeccabile, la colazione più che abbondante, la stanza pulita , silenziosa e accogliente.Ci tornerò e lo consiglio a tutti.

Very good for a ONE star hotel. Lovely quiet room on back. Just what we wanted- a place to sleep & no more. Breakfast good for the star rating. Staff very friendly. No English spoken. Payment only in cash.
