Albergo molto buono, la stanza che ci è stata riservata era particolarmente spaziosa. Davanti alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana con la quale si raggiunge Alexander Plaz in 10min. Per chi arriva in macchina non facilissimo da trovare, non ha parcheggio ma ci sono zone libere nelle vicinanze.

Near the Lichtenberg S-station (very quite during the night) and U-station, easy to reach the Berlin centre (Alexanderplatz) by tube: the rooms are spaciousness. Not very well the payment at the check-in (during the check-out i had some problems to confirm the payment, i hope that it was a little accident). Overall, it's a good place for tourist and businessman

Impossibile essere più comodi: l'hotel è esattamente di fronte alla stazione Lichtenberg, che collega alla città con treni e metro. Meno di dieci minuti per essere ad Alexanderplatz. Incredibilmente tranquilla e silenziosa la zona (e ci sono stato a capodanno..). Sicuramente da tornarci.

Somewhat dodgy part of Berlin, but excellent connectivity (right across the street from the U-bahn and train station) and surprisingly quiet despite the traffic and trains. The room was spotless; the breakfast buffet was good (but not spectacular). I stayed for 7 nights and had a great time in Berlin.

Ottimo hotel, ubicazione comodissima proprio di fronte stazione S Bahn e a pochi passi dalla U Bahn. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, forse solo un pò carente nell'inglese, ma comunque comprensibile.

Sono stato in questo hotel per il periodo di capodanno e devo dire che è comodissimo, la metro si trova proprio difronte, inoltre è pulito sono tutti cordiali, e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente fenomenale...

I enjoyed statying at Nova. I especially cherished the spaciousness of the room and of the bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. There was no indication on how to reach the hotel with public transport though, so I had to write to the staff to get them, but the reply was prompt and clear. The hotel is very easy to reach with S-Bahn, it's just in front of Lichtenberg station. The young staff members were all kind and helpful. Only flaw: When I got in Berlin I found out that the area where the hotel stands is quite dangerous, but -to tell you the truth- I never felt threatened or in danger quite on the opposite in fact: I felt quite safe.

About location, on venere the hotel seems to be located at friedrichshain district, the actual district was lichtenberg (anyway, it has to be said that the underground was just in front of the hotel).

I highly recommend this hotel. It really is just across the road from the S Bahn which made links to the city extremely easy. Very clean hotel, pleasant staff and good breakfast.

A nice hotel situeted just in front of the station (facility of transport). Very nice and spacious room (nr 20). Good treatment also for young children (baby chair, microwave, excellent baby coat, ....) Raccomend to change courtain because it was not possible to make the room dark.

I think it is a good choice for people who want to visit Berlin, because the hotel is enough confortable and very clean and it is just in front of the S-ban station to reach any other place in the city.

Great value for money, easy public transport access. Very quiet even though opposite a train station (good double glazing?). Room always at a comfortable temperature. Buffet breakfast, which was included, more than adequate. Coffee was hot, which was good as often that is not the case. Only thing I missed was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

How to reach Hotel Nova
Approach from the north and east
Coming from the motorways A 11, A 13 and A 24 you change to the "Berliner Ring", route A 10 and go east to the exit "Hellersdorf". At the exit you take the Federal route B1 / B5 in the direction.
Drive on the B1 / B5.Turn behind the tunnel (ca. 300m) right into the Rosenfelder Str. and follow the signs to the Lichtenberg Station. Our hotel is opposite the concourse. You find the drive to our parking lot in the Irenenstraße that leads away from the station.
Approach from the south and west
Coming from the motorways A 2 and A 9 you change to the "Berliner Ring", route A 10 and go east to the exit "Dreieck Drewitz". Here you head the A 115 in the direction "Charlottenburg". The A 115 ends at the exhibition centre and leads into the A 100. Drive the A 100 to the exit "Kaiserdamm" (ca. 500m).On the Kaiserdam you follow the signs to "Mitte" (Centre).Within 15 min. (if there is no traffic jam) you reach the Brandenburger Tor. Detour the Brandeburger Turn south over the Potsdamer Straße. At Potsdamer Platz turn left to the Leipziger Sraße.At the end of this Street is the hall "Kongreßhalle am Alexanderplatz".Turn right behind the hall and head the Karl-Marx-Allee (B1 / B5) out the centre. In ten minutes you reach the Lichtenberger bridge leading over the railroad. Turn right behind the bridge, pass the following crossing and continue along the Irenenstraße straight on the next cross-roads with traffic lights. Left before the cross-roads is the driveway to the parking lot of the hotel.
If you want to avoid the way through the city do not change at Dreieck Drewitz but continue on the A 10 east, pass the exits "Schönefeld" and "Spreeau" and follow the instruction of the approach from the north and east.
