Hotel Nova - Berlin

Nice hotel. Right next to the u-bahn and grocery store, easy access to both. Public laundry facilities around the corner and several eating options as well. The internet worked when we first go there for a few minutes and then never again. The hotel couldn't help us with why we couldn't connect even though we've had no problems else where. That was very frustrating. Also it appears our hotel room was over the restaurant and it was very loud late into the night/early into the morning. The hotel is older and looks it, but it was still pretty clean. I would probably stay closer to downtown and would like to have a place with working internet.

The Internet was not working in the evening, nobody was there to help me on that. That was not cool. The property of the room was really just OK. The matelas was curved and you cannot open the windows to sleep because there is too much noise. Staff are friendly, price is good for what you have. Mini fridge was ok, surrounding areas also. The s-bahn is in front of the hotel's door which is really nice.

Albergo molto buono, la stanza che ci è stata riservata era particolarmente spaziosa. Davanti alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana con la quale si raggiunge Alexander Plaz in 10min. Per chi arriva in macchina non facilissimo da trovare, non ha parcheggio ma ci sono zone libere nelle vicinanze.

Near the Lichtenberg S-station (very quite during the night) and U-station, easy to reach the Berlin centre (Alexanderplatz) by tube: the rooms are spaciousness. Not very well the payment at the check-in (during the check-out i had some problems to confirm the payment, i hope that it was a little accident). Overall, it's a good place for tourist and businessman

Somewhat dodgy part of Berlin, but excellent connectivity (right across the street from the U-bahn and train station) and surprisingly quiet despite the traffic and trains. The room was spotless; the breakfast buffet was good (but not spectacular). I stayed for 7 nights and had a great time in Berlin.

Impossibile essere più comodi: l'hotel è esattamente di fronte alla stazione Lichtenberg, che collega alla città con treni e metro. Meno di dieci minuti per essere ad Alexanderplatz. Incredibilmente tranquilla e silenziosa la zona (e ci sono stato a capodanno..). Sicuramente da tornarci.

Excellent breakfast, kind staff. The central heating was very good. I recommand this Hotel everybody.

Sono stato in questo hotel per il periodo di capodanno e devo dire che è comodissimo, la metro si trova proprio difronte, inoltre è pulito sono tutti cordiali, e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente fenomenale...

Ottimo hotel, ubicazione comodissima proprio di fronte stazione S Bahn e a pochi passi dalla U Bahn. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, forse solo un pò carente nell'inglese, ma comunque comprensibile.

Clean hotel and good customer service. It was what I expected in terms of quality-price. Recommend it as a budget hotel.

I enjoyed statying at Nova. I especially cherished the spaciousness of the room and of the bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. There was no indication on how to reach the hotel with public transport though, so I had to write to the staff to get them, but the reply was prompt and clear. The hotel is very easy to reach with S-Bahn, it's just in front of Lichtenberg station. The young staff members were all kind and helpful. Only flaw: When I got in Berlin I found out that the area where the hotel stands is quite dangerous, but -to tell you the truth- I never felt threatened or in danger quite on the opposite in fact: I felt quite safe.

Las camas no son muy confortables. Un poco lejos del centro. Igualmente la relación precio calidad, lo vale.

About location, on venere the hotel seems to be located at friedrichshain district, the actual district was lichtenberg (anyway, it has to be said that the underground was just in front of the hotel).

I highly recommend this hotel. It really is just across the road from the S Bahn which made links to the city extremely easy. Very clean hotel, pleasant staff and good breakfast.

A nice hotel situeted just in front of the station (facility of transport). Very nice and spacious room (nr 20). Good treatment also for young children (baby chair, microwave, excellent baby coat, ....) Raccomend to change courtain because it was not possible to make the room dark.

I think it is a good choice for people who want to visit Berlin, because the hotel is enough confortable and very clean and it is just in front of the S-ban station to reach any other place in the city.

Great value for money, easy public transport access. Very quiet even though opposite a train station (good double glazing?). Room always at a comfortable temperature. Buffet breakfast, which was included, more than adequate. Coffee was hot, which was good as often that is not the case. Only thing I missed was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent accommodation, would definitely use again. Thank you.
