We cannot recommend this hotel. The employees were very unfriendly, absolutely disinterested. We have never had such a horrible hotel room before: the shower was IN the already very small room. The tiny toilet only had a tiny wash basin with cold water. The "view" was into a very small inner courtyard - all you saw was wires and ugly walls, no sky. In the summer the room must be boiling hot without the possibility of letting air in. No nighttables, no nighttable lamps. The only source of light was a lamp high on the ceiling with only 2 out of the 3 lights burning. Towels were small and thin - and would only be changed every 4 days - for "ecological reasons". You have to pay cash and leave a deposit of Euros 20 for the key. The hotel is shabby, everything is of the cheapest quality. Gruesome!!! We have stayed in other hotels in Berlin booked via venere in the same price category which were very good.

Small and oldfashioned rooms, but very friendly staff and a good location right next to "ICC Messe Berlin". The normal fare is okay, but we had much higher rates on saturday because of the U2 concert, which was totally overprice. The mexican restaurant in the ground floor is excellent.
