Hotel Kurfürst - Berlin

We stayed three nights in Berlin and this hotel. The hotel was excellent for culture travellers.

Bus stop 100 meters, close to S-Bahn (just 8 minutes to Hauptbahnhof)and U-Bahn, pleasant residential neighborhood with good and affordable restaurants, located in a well-kept beauatiful art deco pre-WWII building, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet - cannot recommend more warmly

The hotel is ideally located in the Centre of Berlin with easy access to public transport. Walking to Ku'Damm is no problem and one is in the vicinity of all the action there. Hotel room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffett offers a large variety of everything.

Clean room. Good shower. Very good location. Close to Ku'damm & close to public transport. Wide range of restaurants in the area. Internet cafe around the corner. Downside: noisy at night so you have to keep the windows closed.

Definitely a magical place, will certainly go back on my next stay in Berlin.

Good location, ideal for bus service to / from Tegel airport, close to Ku'damm, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, lots of shops and wide range of restaurants. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed and a hot shower and the hotel provided a good breakfast, all at a very competitive price. Only downside was a bit noisy at night so windows had to be closed and no air conditioning so may be a problem in hot weather.

I wish there were more that 4000 characters available to say how great the hotel and our stay was. The beds were the best we have ever slept in while in a hotel, the balcony over the street was great. Not noisy but within 2 minutes of a bus stop, 10 minutes of an s or u bahn station. The staff, I can't say enough good about them. The maid got us an extra pillow in record time, the young lady working the desk was helpful with all of our questions (as was the man)... and the breakfast buffet was great. Rolls, cold cuts, cereal, juice, a great way to start the day. Will we stay here again? When we go back to Berlin I would not consider anywhere else.

Easy to get to from airport by bus & excellent location for shopping, restaurants & sightseeing. Spacious clean rooms with bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Great value for money & highly recommended.

Gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage, ruhig gelegene, gepflegte Zimmer, bequeme Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir würden das Hotel beim nächsten Berlinbesuch wieder wählen.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Kurfurst, however, the breakfast was a little disappointing...not much selection. Excellant location!! Very clean and quiet.
