Was exactly as expected from the website. Nice room, very friendly service, comfy bed but just occasionally a drainy smell from the bathroom.

It's good for work trips. Not very beautiful zone around. The breakfast is too expensive... Almost good in general.

The main impression of the stay was very good, and the location was perfect for us. There were some extra charges for breakfest on the bill when we left that took a long time to solve, but it was solved in the end.

This is a design and safe hotel, in a popular and multi ethnic area. I liked the room and the staff is very attentive. Gorgeous breakfasts! Totally reccomendable!

It was really a nice experience. The real target of the Ku'Damm was over our expectations and the breakfast at the 7th floor is great! My suggestion is only to study the map of the public transportations before going to Berlin and you will be able to go everywhere (safe & fast) with 21 euros for 3 days. In front of the hotel at least 3 bus (every 5 minutes) will carry you wherever you want. The last advice: even if you are travelling without children, even if you have short time to spend in Berlin, please don't miss the zoo! It's an unbeliaveble experience.

My first time staying here. Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent! The only disappointment was the location. The nearest underground station (which was also the nearest bus station for buses to the city center) was a 10 - 15 minutes walk from the hotel, which is nothing when you don't have anything to carry, but quite a long way to walk with a heavy suitcase! Also, a change of bus at Zooliogische Garten necessary to reach the city center. Rooms are very clean and esthetically pleasing (if you like the minimalist, nordic style), but perhaps not exactly cosy. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is not extremely pressed for time in visiting Berlin - if you only have two days or less, I would recommend a hotel in Mitte for example!

Very techno style hotel which made for a cold, sterile room. Hard to relax in the room after a day of siteseeing. Room also needs a rug or a floor, otherwise, bring slippers.

The hotel was great, although no room service or restaurant. my one disapointment was the maid service, our bed was made one morning replacing our linen with very dirty linen. The maid service acted put off that he had to come back and remake the bed with clean linen. For a a nice hotel this should never happen.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in a hotel in a quiet area with nice surrounds. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good and in a beautiful location on the 7th floor. very convenient to the Halansea S-bahn which connects to Schonenfeld airport.

The modern design seems oriented towards youth. As a case in point, my son loved it while I found it rather "cold." I hasten to add that the staff were WONDERFUL and did everything they could to make us comfortable.

A brilliant, simple, modern hotel - atypical of German efficiency and excellence combined with pure Berlin style. Will re-visit, for sure. Uber-cool bar downstairs, amazing breakfast (think Wallpaper* hits buffet). Rooms were large, spacious and again just a stylish. Can not fault staff. Very memorable stay.

Ku'Damm 101 is very modern and spacious with a totally laid back atmosphere. The bedrooms are exactly represented in the photographs and the public spaces are even better. The roof top breakfast room serves an excellent buffet breakfast (till 1pm on Sundays) and the well-being room has a lovely aromatherapy sauna . The staff are very professional and helpful and everything is done quickly and quietly with the minimum fuss. There is no room service so the hotel might like to consider having tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms - (mineral wateris provided). The hotel represents excellent value for money.

Great value at E81.00 / night inc. excellent buffet breakfast. Very freindly and helpful staff (all perfect English spoken). Would stay again but it's not that central - E8.00 taxi or 15 mins walk and 2 underground stops to Zoo. However taxi from hotel to Schonefeld is not bad value at E30.00. Recommended.

Ku'Damm 101 was one of the cheapest hotels we stayed in during our trip in Europe. However, it was also one of the best. The hotel is modernized, clean, and in a very convenient neighborhood. Buses stop right in front of the hotel, and subway is a short bus-ride away. The hotel has an English speaking staff, elevator, breakfast atop the top floor overlooking roofs of surrounding area, and free internet availability on two consoles in the lobby. It was well worth the value that we paid - 81 euros per night.

Excellent breakfast, nicely presented and with really beautiful views of Berlin, especially the Ku'damm. The rooms are nicely furnitured (very modern and stylish). We had a quiet room at the 6th floor overlooking the backyard. What I really missed in the the room was a minibar. But at least they offered free mineral water. Furthermore I would have perferred a "real" carpet in the room and not only a "plastic" one. I think, the location of the hotel is better for business people than for tourists, because it is very close to the "Messe-Gelände". But if you are visiting Berlin as a tourist, the location of the hotel is not that ideal. To Berlin Mitte/Friedrichstrasse it takes you about 30 min by public transportation (an S-Bahn station is about 5 min by feet from the hotel, U-Bahn 10-15 min)
