Este hotel es muy recomendable para la estasncia en Berlin, sobre todo los desayunos excelentes.

Vi boede i et dobbelt værelse med fin plads til bagage. Der var service - da det blev meget varmt, satte hotellet en ventilator ind på værelset - meget fint hotel og vi kommer gerne igen. Det eneste negative er at man ikke har en parkeringsplads der er tilknyttet hotellet, så det er ikke altid nemt at finde en parkeringsplads.

Das Hotel liegt im 5. un d 6. Stock. Der Eingang von der Straße bis zum Fahrstuhl ist wenig ansprechend. Eigene Parkplätze stehen dem Hotel nicht zur Verfügung. Mit Suche und etwas Glück findet man in einer Nebenstraße (bis zu 200 m vom Hotel) einen Parkplatz. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist in den Zimmern zur Hauptstraße erheblicher Straßenlärm vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer genügt den Ansprüchen der Kategorie voll. In Zimmer 10 war der Türgriff zum Bad schadhaft. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und hilfsbereit, zumeist auch kompetent. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es hinreichend Lokale. Die Verkehrsanbindung an das Stadtzentrum ist gut. Alles in allem haben wir uns im Hotel durchaus wohl gefühlt.

I´m completely satisfied whith the service offered by Kaiser hotel. It was my first time at Berlin. The hotel is near from Sophie Charlotte Platz underground station. The breakfast is very good and you can choose a great variaty of food to have the breakfast. The staff were very kind with me and helped me to get the piece of information I needed to take the bus to the airport a lot. I recommend you this hotel. When I get back to Berlin, I´ll get back to this hotel.

The underground station is very close to the hotel, the hotel is in walking distance from the Ku'Damm and Charlottenburg, but to reach the Mitte you need to get by public means. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and quiet, well isolated from the road. Breakfast is served in a simple room but there is a large of selection of food, both sweet and savoury.

Excellent place. Free and easy WIFI, you just get the code in the reception, an there is no login - when you're on, you're on. Much better than the big hotels, airports etc when it comes to WIFI. Very friendly people at the reception. Nice breakfast, nice rooms - you're not in Berlin to stay in the rooms anyway.. Very close to U-bahn, the line takes you to Zoo and to Alexanderplatz, so it's the "best" line... Very close to the Messedamm, where all the conferences are. I attended to one of those - perfect distance to the hotel (10 min walk)

Very nice rooms. Good breakfast with view on Berlin roofs. Very close to underground. English of the personnel is not very good, but enough for standard conversation.

Albergo, discreto,all'ultimo piano di un vecchio palazzo, i servizi sono stati buoni per tutta la permanenza, le camere sono belle ampie, con arredamento sobrio ed essenziale. le camere sulla kaiserdamm sono un po rumorose, nelle ore mattutine. Nel complesso è stato un piacevole pernottamento, in un'area tranquilla è ben sorvegliata.

We have spent 3 days in Berlin. The Hotel is situated in a nice area full of shops and cafes. The best thing was the fact that the U-Bahn was extrimely closed to the hotel and in 20 min. you are in the heart of the city.If we will come back to Berlin again we'll be back at Kaiser hotel for sure. The only concern was that you could hear quite clearly what other guests did in their rooms cause walls are not so thick!

We (me and a friend) didn't think the breakfast was very good! The eggs was always cold! We do not eat cookies for breakfast or cake! We would have preferred a little fresh fruit. The bread was cold and dry! But we could live with it, concerning the low price on the room.
