Free wi-fi that worked all the time. Clean. Very nice staff. Spacious hotel room. Only complaint was that our hotel room was over the restaurant and we could hear dishes clanking and talking late into the night and early in the morning.

Good hotel in a strategic position to start visiting Berlin. With the X9 bus stop right in front of hotel, you are in Zoologischer Garten in less than 10 minutes... Great service provided and good room, maybe the toilette a little small...

Nice hotel, well linked to the centre through the metro line.

There was no air condition, no air fan and the temp outside was 33 deg cel. We couln't keep the window open because the street noise was very bad. There was no coffee available in the mornings. The only nice thing was that the bus stop was accross the street.

Excellent hotel and staff. Clean, quiet, efficient. Excellent breakfast, with good selection of traditional german fare, but also quality lighter offerings and fruit, etc. Very attentive, friendly, helpful breakfast service staff. Nice little bar, but be prepared for the smokers. Hotel's laundry service is first rate. Location is not central, but that is clearly disclosed. Access to central Berlin is easy, fast, and inexpensive by either bus or underground. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet at night, with green spaces along river Spree and the glorious Charlottenburg palace within 10 minutes' walk. Would most certainly stay there again when in Berlin.

Quiet surroundings nCharlottenburg castle. Excellent for early morning-running in the castle-park.

Great location. Having internet is a big plus, but $17.50 for breakfast is a bit steep!!! Hotel occupants were not considerate in coming to their rooms in the middle of the night and talking loudly.
