Not a good area for tourists. Have to walk or take publich transportation to reach the central areas. TV channels is of poor quality as well as TV set as well (very old).

Large hotel, very nice modern spacious quiet rooms. Gym, bar, restaurant, A/C. Excellent value for the money, very attractive room rates available on the web. Parking garage. Good location, near public transport, restaurants, KuDamm. Guest refrigerators in the rooms, supermarket nearby. Tea, cream, and hot water in the rooms but bring your own instant coffee! Staff is young and not very customer-friendly. Walk to the rooms can be long way from reception. Breakfast expensive at EU 20 per person.
