I've been in Arena am Alexanderplatz one week with a friend and my holiday in this hotel is been perfect: the central location few steps from Alexanderplatz is perfect to visit all the wonderful city of Berlin because it's the centre of all the transport(the train Airport Express from Schonefeld stops at Alexanderplatz...). The staff was very helpful and answered kindly to any our question about hotel and Belin attractions, the breakfast was very nice and plenty, we could stay all the day eating nothing else until dinner time, you can find a lot of quality of cheese, bread and "salumi", there's also a coffe machine where you can have a good cappuccino or mocaccino(cappuccino with hot chocolate). The room was enough big for two and very confortable. I reccomend this hotel for people who want to see a lot of Berlin staying in a good hotel with a good relationship between price and quality. Our accomodation was disturbed during the first night by someone who tried to go in our room.The next morning we found that in other rooms someone had stolen money, credit cards and mobile phones. But the most surprising thing was that the receptionist didn't believe to the guests who had been stolen in the rooms during the night. So just an advice...don't choose this hotel!

A good hotel with a great location. Ideal for who goes to Berlin on holiday and needs some comfortable and clean place. I'll surely choose again this hotel in case of another travel to Berlin

Small hotel, great location. Very clean and modern. Very helpful staff. Not too many facilities though. Rooms could benefit from coffe/tea making facilities and hairdryers. Would recommend this hotel if you want somewhere, modern, clean, bright in the heart of Alexanderplatz.

Except for the breakfast, which was excellent, there were no possibility for as much as a cup of coffee in the hotel. The cafeteria was not open after breakfast. There was no access to the wireless-lan except in the reception. Arrived by car and the hotelguide indicated chargeable parking spaces in private parking. The parking spaces were public and I had to put coins in the parkometer every morning to pay for one day at the time.
