The hotel Amadeus am Kurfürstendamm is situated in the centre of Berlin, near the Kurfürstendamm, one of Germany's biggest shopping boulevards, full of restaurants, bars and non stop entertainment possibilities.
Due to the excellent connection to the public transportation system, all main attractions, such as the Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Museumsinsel, ICC fairgrounds, the airports and the Olympic Stadium are all easily reachable in a matter of minutes.

The hotel is very near to the station of the S bahn, so in a few minutes you can reach the centre of Berlin. Rooms are spacious and clean; in the neighbourhood there are a few nice pubs and restaurants. Should I come back to Berlin, I would stay at the same hotel.

Our room was spacious and pleasant. There was plenty of storage space and the bathroom was an adequate size. The road was quite noisy if the windows were open, which was necessary because the room was so warm, but nothing to stop you sleeping. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The lift doesn't go all the way up to the reception/breakfast room, but this wasn't a problem apart from when we arrived. It is relatively close to the U7 or the S-Bahn. I would stay at this hotel again, indeed I tried to book again but it was full.

The hotel is in a condominium very close to Ku'damm and well served by public transport; we stayed in a small apartment, very nice and intimate but the toilet was quite dark and old.

This hotel is located around erotic shops and movies, not suitable for families with children. Air conditioned not present, rooms too hot due to a big window in direction south. Only a light curtain is not enough to sleep well before 10.00 pm and after 6.00 am. No shutter present.

The Hotel is situated in a very quite zone (there is an Adult movie very near, but without any problem). In less than 100m there is an underground station (Adeneruplatz) and with a 10 minut walking also an S-Bahn. In the zone of the hotel there are lot of good bar / pub (one specialize with 100 beer) and start the good walking in the k'damm street with lot of good shop. It's cheap and easy and very useful.

Check out time of the hotel was 10 o'clock in the morning. İt was very difficult for me to wake up at 8:00 am on a sunday morning. It should be 12:00 at least.

Hotel entspricht den von Ihnen gemachten Angaben.Bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen,bei geöffneten Fenster(Sommer) sehr laut. Trotzdem das Preis Leistungverhältnis stimmt. Bin mit meiner Frau und einem befreundeten Ehepaar angereist.

By train
From Zoo main train station, take bus M29, M19, X10, 110 or 100 in direction of Lichtenberg and get off at Charlottenburg station, which is only 200 meters from the hotel.
Alternatively, take the suburban line S75, S9 or S5 in direction of Lichtenberg until reaching Charlottenburg station or take underground line 7 to Adenauerplatz.
By airplane
From Tegel airport (6,5 km away), take bus line 109 to Charlottenburg station.
