We are very happy with our charming hotel.Location is wonderful and staff is very kind.Postdamer Platz and airport are very close to the hotel.Cleanliness of room and breakfast are excellent.We will come to Berlin in September and have already booked our hotel.

Just fine for my particular needs, which were mainly proximity to both the Philharmonie and the 2 major art galleries. Also close to Potzdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate, as well as the Reichstag and the Tiergarten, it is ideally located. Only minor quibble is they are not all that close to the U-bahn station, and getting out early enough to make my flight to Schoenberg airport was a challenge. But the hotel itself is fine, with a nice restaurant as well.

Really old-fashioned ambience. Central position with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, a wonderful shower and an extraordinarily good breakfast.

It was my first trip to Berlin. If your pirpose is to have a great impressive from your holiday-this your hotel!It has a real atmosphere of Old Berlin!

Excellent service, competent and very kind employees, very nice restaurant, fantastic breakfast menu.Hotel with character, good location. Minus poind- no lift, this information should be available on internet (important for people with disability).

A nice hotel but it was undergoing renovations, so it was quite cold and could be noisy in the mornings. I don't know how long this will continue, but presumably another month or two. Some staff were helpful, others much less so. We were not allowed to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours when we checked out, and the staff made no effort at all to accommodate us. Good, not great, but will probably be better in a few months.
