We arrived early at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and arranged for our room to be ready early so we could rest. Very helpful and polite staff. Room huge and clean, good view. Great location, close to Museum Isle and the TV tower, easy transport links to all sights in Berlin. Will deffinately stay here again!

the worst thing -never seen in any hotel i stayed in- was that there was no remedy to light! i had to wake up with chicken because at 5 a.m. my room was completely full of light. i told the reception, they said they would change something but nothing happened. i don't suggest this hotel to anyone: i just could not sleep after dawn!

The hotel was an excellent base for our 3 nights in Berlin - so handy for everything, yet in a very quiet side street. Room had everything we needed, and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location and connection with public transport and the airport too. The hotel is really nice and modern, although not a very international one. Most of the staff couldn't speak English and all the messages were only written in German. Moreover there were a lot of TV channels but none in Spanish and other languages.

The room we had was very spacious and situated on the 5th floor with large windows and a great view. We were a 5 minute walk to Alexanderplatz and a two minute walk to the S-bahn (Hackescher Markt). This was a great hotel in an ideal location at a great price. We would definitely stay here again.

l'albergo è situato in una zona strategica di berlino.E'un edificio di fine 800 totalmente restaurato, camere ampie tetti alti. Il personale si è rivelato competente, educato, sensibile,tant'è che ritengo ci sia pure un gay al desk...poco importa. metro e stazione bus ad un tiro di schioppo.LA colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, ma i 15 euro richiesti per il breakfast vi sovrabbonderà lo stomaco.

Excelent location: almost at the footsteps of the television tower, 2 minutes walk to an S-bahn station, 5 mnt walk to a U-bahn station, 25 mnt walk to Brandenburger Tor. At least two wonderful resturants within 2 minutes' walk. Disadvantage: breakfast which is not included in price is extremely expensive 15 Euro.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. Its location is ideal, S-Bahn, Tram, Buses, and trains can be reached in a minute walk. Museuminsel and Unter den Linden are just around the corner... The surroundings are quiet but safe and clean and in a few minutes you can reach the lively Hackescher Hofe area. The only flaw was that (as stated in the web page) the breakfast was not included in the fare, and it was quite expensive (15 euros/person). In conclusion, it is a very good hotel with good price/quality ratio.

Only one item I didn't catch when reading was that the breakfast was not included in the price. It was my fault. It did say no included. 15 Euros is a little steep for coffee and a little bread, etc.. Great hotel... Great location... and great service too. Thanks to all of your staff.

Muy céntrico, cómodo, minimalista si quieres... no te presionan en absoluto desde recepción y estás a un paso de todo. Tienes tranvía, bus y metro a un paso también. Lo único es el ruido del metro, pero como está insonorizado (y llegas cansadísimo) apenas lo notas. Tienes los patios del Hackeschen Höfe a un minuto, con todo el ambiente de la noche, que es genial.

I received a very low quote because of low season. However, the rooms are actually, during high season, very expensive. Probably due to the great location. The room furnishing leaves a lot to be desired, it was cheaper than I expected from a 4 star hotel--not the upscale quality that I expected. Overall the hotel, because of it's location is very nice.

I really liked this ultra modern hotel. Our room had huge windows with amazing natural light, was very clean, yet quite compact (you may want to request a larger room if you tend to spend lots of time lounging around and watching the tv). The breakfast dining area was very shwanky (glass roof). I loved the location (about 1/2 block from the Hackersher (sp?) market and train station area.

The hotel is located on a very short street and the outside of the hotel is not adequately marked by any signs. It cannot be seen from a distance and we had difficulty in finding it even though it is where it is marked on maps. A sign, visible from a block away would be very helpful.

Posizione ottima, a 20 metri dalle fermate della metropolitana, del tram e del treno cittadino veloce. Vicino a numerosi ristoranti e bistrò. Non è prevista la colazione ma le stanze sono eleganti e moderne. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Senza dubbio un buon albergo.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of museums, cafes, shops, trains and trams. Huge room and quite street. A great combination of new and old. Looking forward to returning!
