Hotel Agon Franke - Berlin

The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the downtown area, public transportation, shopping locations,etc.The airport bus (109) took about only 20 minutes to get to Adenauer Platz, the closest main intersection to the hotel. The area is quite residential and,quiet. Although the outside of the building is not pretty, the rooms were spotless and one could hear a pin drop during the night. Overall, it was a very good choice and I would return.

The hotel is not new but the rooms are very clean, and staff is really friendly. Breakfast is superb (try scrambled eggs - like at home). Drawback: there's a kindergarten next to the backyard but probably you don't want to sleep after 8AM anyway :). Location is great: clam streat, but restaurants, supermarket, public transportation (including night lines)are all nearby.

Hotel accommodation clean and comfortable, breakfast was continental and had a good selection of hams, cheeses, breads and eggs. With your own large pot of coffee. 2/3 minutes walk to nearest tube with good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Great value for money!

This is our second visit to the Agon Franke and it won't be the last. It's convenient for public transport, very clean, has helpful staff and is excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet included a variety of cheeses and meats, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruits, boiled and scrambled eggs with a wide choice of freshly baked breads and it's replenished regularly.

Hotle was clean and welcoming. The buffet breakfast provided was plentyful. The only thing we found was the hotel was not easy to locate from the map provided and we walked around for a while and had to ask several different people where it was.

Cheap accomodation in Berlin, rooms little but clean, excellent relationship between price/quality (breakfast included in the price). Kindness and fast answers via e-mail when we asked to change the type of a room (they can arrange also triple rooms). Good position, near to Ku'damm and the underground.
