It was excellent stay, staff very nice&helpful, only problem(at least 4 me) was 30min ride with the train to come to the centre....i believe for people with car its no problem...but evenb so, for the price its excellent hotel...so i recommend it highly

To many moskitos in the rooms, I was itching a week after. 17 bites in 3 nights. The italian restaurant around the corner was excellent.

Very good service for an unbeatable price - 50,- Euros for a double room at new year's eve in Germany's capital town! Yet nearly unbelivable, but also the service was 4 stars worth. I'll come back for sure!

Everyone was friendly and very helpful except the concierge who checked us out. He was quite rude. I went outside to my car (which was parked right in front) to get a map. The male concierge ran out and yelled, "Today is your last day. Did you plan to pay the bill?" I was so embarrassed and upset. After all, the hotel had my credit card number. If they wanted, they could have charged it. We were also refused date changes on our reservation when we called the hotel. A procedure that Venere had informed us to follow.
How to reach Achat - Partner of Sorat Hotels
By car
Take the Western Berliner Ring of the highway A10 towards Hamburg and exit at Spandau, then follow the signs towards Staaken/Berlin. From Staaken, follow the Heerstrasse, and turn left at the gas station Esso into Gatower Strasse towards the Old Town, or Altstadt. Proceed straight on Wilhelmstrasse and Klosterstrasse, and take a right into Ruhelebener Strasse at the big intersection at the Spandau-Arcaden. The second street on your left is Heidereuterstrasse, where the hotel is located.
By train
The city express train station Stresow is only 500 meters from the property and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. From here you have good connections to all parts of the city by the city express train lines S5 and S75.
By airplane
The airport Tegel is 9 km from the hotel and can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 35 minutes by bus.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms before 11.30 a.m.
