Hotel ABACUS Tierpark - Berlin

Very large rooms and very nice bathroom. Good deal for the price. Pretty far from the city center, but close to the metro so it's not really a problem.

It was our first stay in Berlin. We stayed there for 2 days. We were happy for the breakfest buffet, but think it was rather expensive in relation to the price for stayning. This price was more than acceptabel for the Hotel standard.

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area with large rooms. Some of the employees did not speak English. The business point was a disappointment. You could not work on that computer. There was not free internet access provided by the hotel

Clean nice and cheap hotel in Eastern Berlin, 100meters to the underground, 15 mins from Alexander Platz. The surroundings are not so good, but nothing to worry about. Sauna is really free, but they would ask you to pay for additional pillow or cover (never heard of such in a 4 star hotel!). Anyway price/quality is really good, I would recommend it

Excellent hotel for the price. Meals are pricy and the room is a little small. No internet in the rooms but a real nice gym and sauna. Good value and easy to get to public transportaion.

I think, to improve the overall quality of the hotel, it should provide the internet service for free.They could rise the room price a little more and give the service costless.

Comment to the service of venere.com: A photo showing the WHOLE building would be nice, as venere.com should not mislead it's customers by showing only nice things like the entrance of the hotel. To the hotel: Quality vs Price is excellent, though the building and the surrounding buildings, the parking place are pretty ugly, but the rooms were spacey and very comfortable.

A bit far out of the way but Berlin is a big place. Good price for what you get.

I arrived late in the evening. I was a bit scared about surrounding area. The breakfast was not included, so I payed 12 euro for an horrible breakfast.

I was in Berlin to run the marathon in 2007, this hostel was really good, I could rest and prepare myself to run. The different services are exelent!!!The room was great and nice!!! Ill come back the next year!!!!

Hotel altamente consigliato rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente unico difetto sono i 22 minuti per raggiungere alexander platz ma Berlino è enorme.La fermata della metro è a soli duecento metri.Camere pulite ,silenziose e parcheggio gratuito che per chi usa l'auto come me è un bel risparmio. Non ho mai consumato una colazione in hotel non era compresa e 12.50 euro a testa mi sembravano un po' tantini...

It's a good hotel..Worth the money..and worth the stay..Dun mind going bck there again sometime...

L'hotel è molto accogliente le camere ben arredate, solo per chi è allergico alla moquette come me un po di fastidio lo da. E' a pochi passi dalla stazione metro tierpark,per cui ben collegato.Solo il ristorante chiude presto verso le 2 e mezza per cui se hai fame dopo non magni.

The competence of the employeements is excellent, and the rooms is perfectly. The prices of minibar is very cheap. Although the hotel is to the outskirts this very communicated since there is a shutdown of subway(u-bahn) to one hundred meters. The time to arrive at Alexanderplatz is of 15 minutes. The zone at night is very calm since this surrounded by parks and buildings of a level medium/high.

The hotel and room were excellent. This place is a very short walk from a subway station, but it's a good 25 minute ride into the heart of the city. I knew that when I chose the place, though, so I was very satisfied.

The rooms were nice and as I expected for the price. The restaurant was very nice although there should be a less expensive menu or partial buffet for those who just want a small portion to eat.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. we stayed for 2 days in case. location is not close to center of Berlin,but we could take a subway in front of hotel.

Nice, clean and silence. The U-Bahn U5 is closed for works... and there is a bus.

Room was extremely warm due to the long summer days and the warm temperature outside Maybe the windows can be opened during daytime

Very very satisfied, excellent value, friendly hotel

Although the hotel was quite distant from the centre of the city the transport links are excellent. There is a U-Bahn stop 2 mins walk from the hotel with frequent trains to the centre. Across the road from the hotel is a tram stop. It is 3 stops from here to the nearest S-Bahn station for travellers preferring to take the surface trains. Again, the service is frquent and efficient. Nearby the U-bahn station is a supermarket and several other shops, also an Italian restaurant which I would recommend. If you don't mind travelling for the night-life, or prefer somewhere quieter to stay, this hotel is excellent value for money.
