The hotel was clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The room had a normal size. the badroom was small, although you do not need more space there. The only thing I did not like was that you could hear everything from the next room. Moreover we had a really noisy people next door. That's was horrible. We informed about that to the staff and they dealt with the matter. Anyway the walls were really thin. (las paredes parecian de papel)

The room was extremely small but the bathroom was even smaller, you could hardly move yourself. The first night there was some kind of "school trip" and the whole building was so noisy that we could hardly sleep, as the heat was soffocant, there is no air conditioned and we had the window opened, so we couldn´t do anything but hear to the great noise and cries of many youngs, who didn´t receive any warning from recepcionists nor any other staff. The attention paid by the staff was quite poor and the surroundings are not at all the ones expected by a normal tourist. I must say it was my fault not to notice in venere.com that this was not a hotel but a hostel; however, I think that this web should make clear distinction between hotels and hostels, and I never looked for a hostel, just for a hotel, why then re-directed the web my search to hostels as well as to hotels? This is the first time I have had a deception after making use of Venere´s services; I´d like to remark that the negative surprise was enormous when we arrived there and checked it had nothing to do with a normal hotel. It may be a perfect place to pass a holiday for a group of young people, but not for a person who looks for a real hotel.

hotel wasy well. The service was very very well We are happywith our trip in this city. Hotel is near the centre, very quiet and very clean. I recommand it.

Great location - just a few minutes walk to 2 stations. Wi-fi access was very cheap.

Sheets and duvets on the bed were disgusting, need extra payment for the cover. There have noise outside all night, and hotel was difficult to find.

The madrasses were completly flat. They should be changes because they were been used too many times so it felt like sleeping on the floor! Not very comfterble!

Not only rooms are very small, but also bed are not good. I had a backache after 1 day. I will never go there again. When I checked in I had to pay the whole amount of the room, but I had only money for paying all my part. So I had to wait for my friend more than 1 hour at the reception...It was already 11 p.m...Very kind of them...

if you are sitting on the toilet, expect to have your arm in the sink and your feet in the shower. beds are tiny, old, and lumpy. the rooms are incredibly small. not at all a good value for the money. many hotels around in the same price range, like the ibis, that offer much better quality rooms.

Hotel rooms at hostel prices, i was very impressed and have told many friends about it.

We were a family of four people staying in a quadruple room with bunk beds. Before we came, I was anxious that it would be a noisy hostel for only young people. But it was above expectations. It is a good hotel for BOTH young people and families. I will probably stay at the same hotel when I come back to Berlin.

Loved having all the young people about, gave it a very jolly atmosphere.Very clean everywhere, but the shower room was very cramped. Otherwise a very happy stay indeed. We were 2 pensioners exploring Berlin for the first time

It's an excellent place to be, near Berlin messe, very close to the Charlott. train station and not so expensive
