The elegant Hecker´s Hotel Kurfürstendamm is a private hotel right at the famous Kurfürstendamm in the heart of Berlin.
This central location offers excellent connections to the fair and congress centers as well as to the main sights and shopping streets. The property has been remodeled and renovated in 1994 and 1995, preserving its unique charme.

This hotel gets 10/10. Perfectly situated for sightseeing and shopping, beautifully presented by professional pleasant staff, FANTASTIC value for money through Venere, great breakfast selection and service, and a top restaurant / brasserie / bar adjoining the hotel for other meals and drinks. Very friendly. I loved my stay here - and I am fussy.

The rooms were large but basically non-descript. Don't let the images of the suites fool you inot thinking that the hotel is grand. It is not. The Breakfast in the lobby is overpriced and basic.

We had a very pleasurable stay at Heckers Hotel. The rooms are especially cosy and spacious. The location is absolutely great: great shopping (Ku-damm), dining (Bleibtreustr., Savigniplatz) and the subway (Uhlandstr.) ca.50-100metres. We loved to come to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing, shopping etc and relax. Encountered nothing but friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was okay, but would have expected more for the price. Room rate was €110,-/night (no breakfast). This seems to be an O.K.-price for the value. But I would like to point out, that there are more inexpensive deals for a similar value available in Berlin.

The Uhlandstraße and Kurfürstendamm underground stops as well as the city express train (S-Bahn) Savigny and Zoo stops are located in the hotel's immediate vicinity.
By airplane
From Tegel airport you can reach the hotel by bus line 109, whereas you need to take the bus line 119 from Tempelhof airport.
