By car
Arrival by Car from South:
Arriving by car you can easily find the hotel via the Motorway Ring A 10:
- take the exit 16-Dreieck Nuthetal in the direction Berlin-Zentrum/Berlin-Zehlendorf/Potsdam-Zentrum
- follow the motorway A 115 until exit 1-Dreieck Funkturm, where you leave for the A 100 in the direction of Hamburg/Wedding for 8km
- please keep on driving on the Seestraße, which turns into the Osloer Straße for a further 5km
- you will find the hotel to your right
Arrival by Car from North:
Arriving by car you can easily find the hotel via the Motorway Ring A 10:
- take the exit 35-Dreieck Pankow to be able to follow the A 114 in direction of Berlin-Zentrum/Berlin-Pankow
- after 8km please take the exit 4-Pasewalker Straße to follow the Pasewalker Straße , then use the signs for Pankow (B 109)
- you will be on the Damerowstraße, which switches to Breite Straße
- turn left into the Wollankstraße and follow the road until it renames into Prinzenallee
- after 600 meters turn left into Osloer Straße
- you will find the hotel to your right after only 200 meters

Arrival by Public Transport:
The hotel is situated nearby the national railway station Gesundbrunnen, which is served by regional trains, InterCity and InterCity Express. Furthermore you will find the station to be a link to inner-city transport in form of the Underground (U-Bahn) and city train (S-Bahn) as well as the bus services. The easiest connection to the hotel is via U8 in the direction of “Wittenau”, with the stop after only to stations at “Osloer Straße”. Here you have two options available: either take the M13 (direction: S Warschauer Str.) or M15 (direction: Guyotstr.) until the station/corner “ Osloer Str. / Prinzenallee”. You will find the hotel on the right side of the street in only 250 meters.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the rooms are available after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms not later than midday.

Breakfast buffet is not included in the price and costs €16,00 per person, per day. Starting from 01 January 2010, breakfast will cost €17,00 per person.

In case of no show otr late cancellation we will charge the first night. During
fair periods we will charge 100% of the full amount if the cancellation is not
