I've spent my 4 days stay trying to get something as simple as a sewing kit. Please, if someone asks more than once for a particular item, it wouldn't be so hard to help the guest. The shower didn't work well, and they haven't done anything about it. There were no blanket, and I couldn't get one. Breakfast is okay, room is okay, location is okay but not as good as they post. It wasn't a good stay, sorry.

Central location, nearby Ku'damm, KaDeWe and railway station Bahnhof Zoo. Polite staff, nice rooms, I would recommand it any time again

Location is good. 15min walk from Zoo Garden station and 5 min walk to Bus Nr. 100 stop that takes you to the historic center. Hotel is a family run hotel, so that says a lot already. Breakfast was incl. in the price and quality was ok. Rooms were small and very modestly decorated. Atmosphere was a bit cold. Overall, if we booked a bit earlier, we could have got a better hotel for this price but for last minute booking, the price/location was ok.
