War nur für eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug, dafür absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal, das Restaurant hat uns auch angenehm überrascht und das zu vernünftigen Preisen.

The best part, friendliness, was in top. On a hot day it would be nice to have some more control of open windows than provided. Also the shower arrangement leads to a wet floor in the bathroom.

Wrong address confused my navigation system. Instead of Berlin the town Schönefeld has to be typed in !

Food in the restaurant and friendliness of our waitress was very good, only downside to this hotel is that it is located right next to a railway line

Servizio navetta perfetto(noi l'abbiamo utilizzato alle 6 di mattina). Ristorante con cucina italiana.. un po troppo costoso ma aperto fino a mezzanotte. Utilissimo per chi come noi ha l'aereo all'alba e non ha voglia di dormire in aereoporto.Consigliato ;-)

Buon Hotel, buono anche il ristorante. Personale professionale ed estremamente cordiale. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto, unico problema i rumori della strada e dei treni. Nel complesso è una buona soluzione per chi deve alloggiare vicino all'aeroporto.

What to say about the hotel on the train lines? As many hotel close to the airport, Alberg may be useful to spend one night before the flight and one night after.

Very close to the airport which is great if thats what you want. Very nice italian resturant attached but nothing else in the immediate area. Great breakfast (7.50 Euros) Perfect for a stopover hotel. Includes free pickup. Would not recommend commuting in and out of the city though- train journey is about half an hour.

Per essere un 4 stelle non ci siamo sentiti proprio a nostro agio.La nostra camera era in un edificio di fronte l'albergo, e per raggiungerla bisognava attraversare il ristorante e salire delle scale a chiocciola che rasentavano la sicurezza..con i bagagli potete immaginare!Ottimo il servizio di navetta che vi porta all'aeroporto anche alle 5 di mattina,ma verificate bene che prenotino il giusto numero della vostra stanza e all'orario giusto!Noi la stavamo x perdere per un loro errore!In generale comunque è un buon albergo,ma noi l'abbiamo utilizzato solo x prendere molto presto il nostro aereo,altrimenti è molto lontano dai luoghi interessanti.

Restorant and food offered is very nice

It is a really good choice for someone who wants to be close to the airport. the room was very nice. i think that the extra price of the breacfast (euro 7.5/person means +15 Euro in the double room price) is not cheap, but in general it was really nice

It was nice to stay at Albergo Hotel. I just needed to have a rest and relax before my flight back to UK. And i found it staying with you. the staff was great.

A special mention deserves the reception-staff, very friendly and helpful! The Restaurant does not have a reasonable quality.

The hotel is perfect in quality. It is especially good for those who need to transfer flight on Berlin Schonefeld Airport. It is a little bit far away from public transport, but it offers free pick up to and from the airport. Only regret that the breadfast is not included in the price.

Overall an outstanding experience with helpful, courteous staff. The restaurant was also a good experience.

Very good hotel. Have stayed before and standards still very high. Attached Italian Restaurant is very ggod value with friendly, very helpful service.Should be noted that on check-out guests are expected to vacate rooms by 10 a.m. and not 12 midday as on some web-sites - amendments required to informative data accordingly.The price quoted on venere.com does not include breakfast and the hotel does does not confirm the actual total cost when confirming the customer's booking.this is the only criticism I have of the hotel. Very close to Berlin SChoenfeld airport which is convenient ( no noise disturbance at all from aircraft - some from nearby mainline railway -- aircraft noise may change in the future as plans for airport to be expanded to 'International' status )..curtesy bus on request at hotel. Railway and bus links ( to central Berlin et al )are very good indeed and day/week-return tickets sre very good value )....do note that local population with whom I came into daily contact with ...could not be described as fluent in English by any means...so the onus is on the traveller to familiarise him/herself with at least some very basic German phrases ( quite right too!! ).Would recommend the hotel without hesitation based upon my own experiences.

Excellent restaurant attached Strange to be asked to move rooms because the bedside light in one room was not working. Perhaps the problem was more than just the bulb, and was already known???

We really liked the hotel - the tiles, the restaurant especially. Our only hesitation in recommending this property to other travellers would lie in its location. It is far from Berlin center, general tourist attractions and so forth, and this is especially noticeable in the evening when you are finishing a day of sightseeing-museum going or whatnot. The trains are not alwayz reliable or on time, and we found it took too much of our time, spent on transportation.

Hotel receptionist was welcoming and very friendly. I booked two rooms via web page and only one booking had been processed by the hotel.. There was also a price discrepancy between the web site and the Hotel, with the hotel price being more expensive. the receptionist was very helpful and agreed to lower the hotel's price a little - especially after I complained about the vry poor service in the restraunt. It took us an hour and three quarters to have a very average two course meal. With a baby and a tired 4 year old this was not a fun experience. The room was also rather crowded once we were all in.

Only one problrem was their confirmation sheet and my confirmation sheet which I got via E-mail was different. My confirmation sheet said breakfast is included, but their confirmation sheet said only room charge. Hotel reception kindly accepted my confirmation sheet. So as the result, I have no problem, but I do not know how this differencs comes.
