The service at the reception varied from very bad to very good. There was one lady who did not seem interested in helping with anything. She even told us wrong directions to get to the Egyptian Museum (she said it was in the Charlottenburg Castle, when it really is in the Altes museum)The others at the reception was very helpful.

Very good location, expecially for the quiteness of the room, and the hotel sorrounding. Also breakfast was good.

Hotel Olivaer is clean, with good breakfast and good service. We liked our room as it was in the penthouse. Good location too. Michelle

It is a very nice hotel when you are in Berlin, it is very near by to shopping and other facilities in the city centre. Especially the breakfast was exellent.

Just back from the world cup myself and two friends,i"m glad i picked this hotel location is perfect 100m from the bus stop and not far from the u-bahn(adenuer platz)really easy to get around berlin.I would recomend this hotel to anybody and will stay there again when i return to berlin.

From previous reviews I was expecting a dragon behind reception. Three of the four receptionists we had dealings with were pleasant, courteous and helpful. The fourth was a bit abrupt, but certainly acceptable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and they coped well with high numbers at this busy hotel. Corridor paintwork was a bit shabby, but inside the room, decor and facilities were excellent. Faulty light bulb was changed immediately. Access the first night from the train was complex - we caught the underground from Zoologischer Garten changed once, and then walked from Adenauer Platz. Big mistake! Tired and footsore! Far better = the 109, 110 and X10 from just outside the the Station, (left side as you come out) all stop at Olivaer Platz and its only 100 metres from there.

A good basic property excellent breakfast and very well located near to bus,u bann and s bann. we found the public transport on offer outstanding, no need to be in the center and pay high prices.

Great breakfast! Good selection & tasty. Lots of coffee. Free internet...terrific amenity especially coming from Honolulu, Hawaii. Very convenient to bus lines and subway. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. Staff very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The Olivaer Apart-Hotel was very spacious and provided extremely clean accommodation. The location was absolutely perfect just next to the Ku'dam. The breakfast was plentiful and the 'Olde Worlde' feel to the place was quite unique. I would definately stay here if I ever visit Berlin again.

Great location and the rooms were clean and spaceious. The staff was nice too, so we're gonna use Olivaer Apart hotel on our next trip to Berlin !

We come only in contact whit 2 persons in the reception one was very, very polite and serviceminded but the other person was not serviceminded at all.
