This is an extremely old hotel with modern interiors. Rooms were nice, clean and modern and gave a nice and cozy feeling. The rooms on the 4th floor are ok because the slanted ceiling eats up half of your room. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the fish market and floibanen and is well maintained. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall no complains except it was too expensive and not worth the money I paid (around $300 per night per room) but considering this is norway where it is normal to pay $5 for a bottle of water or coke, it might look cheap to some.

Only one major problem with this hotel in my opinion: The ventilation system was very noise making it hard to fall asleep, It was not possible to turn it off manually, but the staff said there were ongoing discussions to turn it down (centrally for all rooms) between like 11 pm-01 am. A minor issue was that the wireless Internet did not work but I was given a wire and then it worked fine. Otherwise very genuine and nice hotel in one of the oldest buildings in the city. Very charming. Breakfast ok. Location superb!
