Arli Hotel Business and Wellness - Bergamo

The hotel was good, although the room was cold. The breakfast was very poor and was not replenished. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but would not go back or recommend this to family or friends.

Nice & quite room for single traveller. Excellent SPA (with an extra-cost). Right in the center of the commercial streets, theatre. Highly recommended. Very good staff.

We were very happy with the choice of hotel Arli. Central location, nice breakfast buffet and excellent bathroom with a lot of equipment. Would gladly return, both to lovely Bergamo and Arli hotel.

Perfect location: only a few meters from the shops. Excellent price/quality relationship. Employees at the reception were very kind and competent.

I stayed in a single room which was of a very generous size. It was spotlessly clean with everything required for a comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally located, very near the station for the trips to Monza and near the Citta Alta for dinner in the evenings. Although La Bruschetta just round the corner is excellent if you don't want to go too far. The staff was very helpful with train timetable information. The breakfast was a more than adequate buffet - just remember to ask for the decent coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travellers and Bergamo is a beautiful little town.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la estación de tren y a diez minutos del funicular para subir a la ciudad alta. Está muy bien comunicado con diferentes autobuses. Al lado justo del hotel para el autobús que lleva directamente al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, con televisión, minibar y bañera. Las camas muy cómodas y amplias. El desayuno abundante y excelente. Un hotel ideal para hacer la primera noche si llegas con el avión a Bergamo y para hacer turismo por esta bonita ciudad.

Nice, clean hotel, very reasonable price, very good location (walking distance to train station and older part of city) and very friendly, helpful staff. Modern ammenities, and nicely taken care of. Only mis-match was that website reservation said breakfast wasn't included in the 89 Euro price...but at the hotel, they told me it was! A nice surprise.

WE RESERVED A DOUBLE ROOM BUT ON ARRIVAL WAS GIVEN A ROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS. UPON COMPLAINT TO DESK, WE WERE TOLD TO PUSH THE BEDS TOGETHER. WE DECLINED AND WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ANOTHER ROOM WAS READY AND COME BACK IN AN HOUR. WE DID BUT STILL NO ROOM. AFTER 1 HOUR OF SITTING IN THE LOBBY WAITING, WE FINALLY RECEIVED OUR ROOM. IT WAS NOW 15:45, ALMOST 2 HOURS AFTER ADVERTISED CHECK-IN TIME. IN ADITION, THE YOUNG WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT, BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT THE TWIN ROOM.

The only thing that needed some renewal were the bath tabs. When taking a shower, the water was not only coming out of the showerhead but also of the tap. It was not possible to change this. But for the remaining I would surely recommend this hotel.

Super welcome from the staff and owners, rooms comfortable and very clean. The restaurant is high quality. I recommend without doubt this well located hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Very chic. The bed was very soft and beautifully made up and I was very comfortable. Other people made a lot of noise when they came upstairs, but I can't say that this is the hotel's fault.

Renovated rooms are only on the 4th floor. We were given a non-renovated room on the 2nd floor which, although nice, was far inferior from what is shown on the web page

Although the web page only shows renovated rooms, most rooms are NOT. Renovated rooms as of Easter 2009 are only on the 4th floor...
