the landscape around the hotel is not so beautyfull... and it's very far from center of bologna .. but there are good services like taxi o private cars punctually present! the rooms are confortably, but the area for breakfast and dinner is almost "old" anyway.. the receptionists are very kind!! and ready for every necessity there's a very nice beauty center and spa!!!!

Excellent hospitality: fine food, nice rooms, good service, but... I'd prefer a more 'warm' service and atmosphere. Everything is very 'professional'. I would like to recommend more smiles and more friendly attitude. Thank you for everything.

Just one problem. When we arrived at the hotel there was no room reservation for us, they told it was an error but at the time we arrived not having a room was a big problem. But the hotel staff was very competent and helpfull and they provided a room somewhere else with transport included. I'll come back for sure and recommmend it to.
