Hotel Villa de Benidorm - Benidorm

Hotel desperately in need of refurbishment, although rooms were clean. Dreadful smell of sewage in and around the Hotel. Food was of a very poor standard with small fruit flies around the food. Would not recommend this Hotel.

The welcome from the staff was nice and it was a birthday whilst we were there we payed an extra supplement and they made a party table that was nice we supplied our own cake the rooms were drab and old decor but very clean and there were gusted upstairs who were fighting and throwing furniture around they woke our children and they got very upset we had to phone reception 4 times to tell them about the problem the food was awful no selection and the food they did put out looked unhealthy we ate out to avoid food poisoning the food looked that bad and the smell from the restaurant of greece was terrible . would not recommend this hotel for families as it is on the strip and all the young party goes would go here easy access for the clubs and the place smelt of saurage as soon as you walked in would not recommend this hotel

All of the above comments are directed towards the hotel staff, as when we arrived Venere had not confirmed our accomodation with the hotel, if it was not for the help and understanding of the hotel staff we would be without anywhere to stay. So on your scale above Venere rate 0. You are fortunate that the hotel staff were so understanding, otherwise we would have been taking this further, as it was not acceptable
