Hotel Servigroup Venus - Benidorm

Very impressed with standard of the Hotel, food and service excellent, unfortunately to brief a visit to get benefit of other facilities but will hopefully return next year and will definitely book into the Venus. More like a 4 star than 3 and in an excelent position close to everything required but still quite and peaceful. Pool facilities looked very good, shame we didn't have more time,

Good value for money good location hotel bit louad food good would go back

Good value hotel, good food but bar staff would not serve a drink to drink in the bar at 12.30 a.m as bar closed at 01.00 hrs - this is ridiculous - they wanted to close early and go home -yet it is a holiday hotel -we ar miidle aged not yobs -due to tbhis would not recommend or stay again!!

The dinning area was so noisy that we ate out in the end and the food was not anythink special.

Food was very good, plenty of choice. Room was very small and very noisy. Very close to all bars and resturants. Staff very friendly.

On booking i made a request for a quiet room as i am a lite sleeper and the room was on the main road it was a noisey all night, so i would advise any one to ask for a room looking on to the pool

Only enough hanging wardrobe space for one person, most people were hanging clothes on the curtain pelmet. Also, my mother who is 83 developed a chest infection while we were there, I asked the cleaner for more pillows as she needed to be propped up but told only two pillows per person allowed, I then asked at reception and got the same reply. This would have been ok if the pillows were not as flat as pancakes, surely if someone of that age is ill and requires more pillows it is not too much to ask?

The Hotel was as expected. Nice pleasant surroundings, competent staff who were very welcoming, which made for a wonderful stay. The only downside was the food. We found that there was not much variety of an evening

Standard of food could have been better.

My freinds and i have just spent a week in the venus and had a excellent time we had a room on the 9th floor over looking the pool the sun was on are balcony all day the room was lovly and clean we will be going back next year

Room was too small. A great deal of noise from outside (not the fault of the hotel ) would have much prefered poolside room.

We are enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Venus, All the staff were attentive,courteous and helpful there was a friendly ambience throughout.

The Venus provided an excellent base. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, the rooms were kept clean although a little small, the food was excellent and the general atmosphere of the hotel was friendly. Have no comment on any entertainment as did not use the bar facilities.

A very good service,shall certainly use again if required.

I have an niche tijm

The hotel is in a good position for all the entertainment in Benidorm. Reception staff were efficient and friendly.Bedroom was quite small although the beds were very comforable. The bar serves a great "Lumumba!"
