Hotel Río Park - Benidorm

We stayed in a double en suite room which was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. We stayed one night as we were meeting up with friends from the UK who were on holiday there. We live in Murcia so it was only a couple of hours to Benidorm by car.

3rd time of staying in the rio park 4 single rooms booked, rooms very small. my name as lead person but wasnt given the only room with a balcony. no soap or shower soaps in the bathroom. room not cleaned just the bed made.if i am not reccomended any other hotel i will stay again but will ring to confirm booking and ask for balcony room.

Although the Hotel was OK and very clean, the food was poor, only English food and was the same every night we were there. We were very disappointed with the type of people who stayed, a lot of boisterous, badly educated childish types. Loads would get up to hog the sunbeds then not used them until the afternoon, I though us Brits didn't do that sort of thing!

Found the hotel to be above average they had a good selection for breakfast the rooms where basic ( but who spends a lot of time in there room when on holiday )the rooms where noisy.the so called yellow brick road said to be a little unsafe to walk up and down on a night ( you can get to the hotel by other ways and are well lite and well used )overall reasonable

Was so pleased we booked to go back again in april.

We only stayed for one night but the service was good. The dining room was pleasntly aire conditioned, and the staff were efficient, however the drinks waiters and their trolleys were slow. The food was good and there was enough choice to meet most customers needs.

Spent 5 days at the Rio Park. Very nice hotel. Everything clean. Breakfast excellent. Only complaint was that the room where the entertainment was provided could have had more comfortable seating. it was a bit like a canteen!Nevertheless there was always something to do.

Stayed in a single room and it was tiny. Already knew not to expect a balcony but the window was very small and almost overlooked by a balcony next door, hence had to keep curtains closed for any privacy. At moment (2008) new hotels seem to be getting built on all sides so the hotel is surrounded by giant cranes. Apart from this the hotel itself was very good.
