Hotel Servigroup Rialto - Benidorm

We actually stayed 1 night on 23 nov. and then for 2nights 27th/28th nov. when we arrived on the 23rd the girl on the desk was on the phone obviously to a friend as there was a lot of laughing going on, and we were ignored for about 5 mins.while this was going on.customer service just does'nt happen in spain.we requested a parking space as we drive down to benidorm from our place in spain.when we came to put the car in that night the door close on our car causing some damage.the manageress took photos and said their insurance company would be in touch with us.is this the norm? the rest of the holiday was fine with very good food. we have been to benidorm many times and would go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is close to all amenities. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

The good : The food quality and freshness was excellent. The staff was often smiling and always welcoming in the restaurant The bad : The balcony was never cleaned, My room was but sometimes and there were dust, hair, sand... lying on the floor for days and days. I often had to run after the staff to get my shampoo, shower gel and soap. There were drops falling from the ceiling, I ask many times for someone to come and see but it was vain. I left the hotel and the ceiling was still dropping though they promise the technicians would come soon!! When I wanted to cancel my reservation I had different and contradictory answers to my questions.It took me a week to cancel whereas it could have taken me 10mn. The floor next to the swimming pool was awfully too warm (what material was that?) - I nearly burned my feet- and the swimming pool was badly cleaned : at the end of the day you couls see all kinds of rubbish in the water. Sometimes Canal + Spain disappeard of the network of channels.

We have a very good stay at your hotel for the second time. We start with 4 and now we are with friends 11 persons total, til the next time with more.Clean rooms, friendly employees en very good food

More shade needed in pool area. Food quite good but there should be more selection

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to all amenities and beaches. The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is secured car parking facilities. On two occasions I have used this hotel for short stays along with friends and we have all agreed that it is excellent value for money.

I would definately use the Rialto again. As a frequent user of the Servi group hotels I was not disappointed with any aspect.

Very good and economic

I found your hotel extremely clean, the bar staff efficient and friendly. The pool was clean, but due to time of year, had to keep moving loungers ro stay in the sun (only fault!). Breakfast/lunch& dinner menues varied and good value. My only real complaint would be that if I had hired a car and as a resident of the hotel, no parking fees should be charged. This is something that should be taken into account when clients book into your hotel. Otherwwise all was very pleasant and hygenic. Please give my best wishes to Cesar in the bar! I would certainly book into your hotel again if I was returning to Benidorm.

Dining room is too small when the hotel is fully booked.

Very good except I gave plenty of advanced warning I required a room high up on poolside, no excuses with plenty of warning that it was not possible.
